Abstract
Dalam cabang olahraga, kecepatan merupakan gerakan memindahkan tubuh atau menggerakkan anggota tubuh dari satu posisi ke posisi lainnya dan kecepatan ini memegang peranan yang sangat penting untuk pencapaian prestasi. Tujuan penulis ingin melakukan penelitian kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi taekwondo dengan memberikan perlakukan khusus kepada para atlet berupa metode latihan lunges dan metode latihan half squat. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Two Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakurikuler taekwondo Pondok Modern Al Aqsha Jatinangor sebanyak 40 anggota, serta pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling berjumlah 24 anggota. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan software kinovea dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, bahwa metode latihan lunges dan half squat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan, serta metode tersebut memberikan perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi taekwondo. Akan tetapi metode latihan lunges menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam peningkatan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi taekwondo. Kata Kunci: Lunges, Half Squat, Kecepatan Tendangan, Tendangan Dollyo Chagi, Taekwondo In sports, speed is the movement of moving the body or moving limbs from one position to another and this speed plays a very important role in achieving achievements. The author's goal is to conduct a study on the speed of the taekwondo dollyo chagi kick by providing special treatment to athletes in the form of lunges training methods and half squat training methods. The method in this study uses an experimental method with a Two Group Pretest-Postest Design design. The population in this study were 40 members of the taekwondo extracurricular Pondok Modern Al Aqsha Jatinangor, and sampling was carried out by purposive sampling totaling 24 members. The research instrument used kinovea software and the data was processed using SPSS version 30. The conclusion of this study is that the lunges and half squat training methods have a significant effect, and these methods provide a significant difference in influence on the speed of the taekwondo dollyo chagi kick.
