Abstract
Banjir yang kerap terjadi di Baleendah khususnya wilayah Kelurahan Andir adalah kejadian banjir yang terjadi setiap tahun pada musim penghujan. Genangan banjir yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut diakibatkan oleh meluapnya air dari Sungai Cisangkuy. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kapasitas Sungai tidak mampu menampung debit pengalirannya. Oleh karena itu, dikaji beberapa alternatif untuk menanggulangi permasalahan banjir di kawasan tersebut. Terdapat tiga alternatif yang dikaji yaitu dengan Kolam Retensi, Normalisasi Sungai, dan pembuatan Tanggul. Dari hasil simulasi pemodelan, untuk penanggulangan banjir menggunakan Kolam Retensi diperlukan lahan untuk kolam tampungan seluas 15 ha mampu menurunkan ketinggian muka air Sungai Cisangkuy hingga 2,3 m. Untuk penanggulangan banjir dengan Normalisasi direncanakan sepanjang 1,778 km hasilnya mampu mencegah luapan air tetapi dalam kondisi kritis. Untuk penanggulangan banjir dengan Tanggul direncanakan tinggi tanggul 0,5 m hingga 1,5 m hasilnya mampu mencegah luapan air tetapi menunjukkan dalam kondisi kritis. Dari hasil ketiga alternatif ini, hasil yang paling aman adalah alternatif penanggulangan banjir menggunakan Kolam Retensi. Floods that occurred in the region in particular Baleendah Andir village is flood events that occur every year in the rainy season. Flood waters that occurred int he region caused by the overflow of water from the river Cisangkuy. Thus it can be interpreted that the capacity of the river is not able to accommodate the water flow. Therefore, examined several alternative stoad dress the problems of flooding in the region. There are three alternatives that were examined, namely the retention pond, river normalization, and the making of dykes. From the results of simulation modeling, forflood control retention pondis required to use land for an area of 15 ha reservoir capable of lowering the water level of the river Cisangkuy up to 2.3 m. For the normalization of the planned flood prevention along the 1,778 km result to prevent over flow of water butin critical condition. For the embankment is planned flood prevention embankment height of 0.5 m to1.5 m results are able to prevent the overflow of water but shows in a critical condition. From the results of these three alternatives, the result is the safest alternative for flood prevention using retention pond.
