Abstract

Frekuensi terjadinya prosesi pemakaman memang tidak setiap saat terjadi, tetapi ketika dibutuhkan, individu harus siap untuk mengelola proses yang terkait. Meskipun hidup di era informasi yang dapat diaskes secara fleksibel, banyak individu, terutama kaum muda, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam melaksanakan pengaturan pemakaman karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan akses ke sumber daya yang relevan. Website Bumikan dikembangkan untuk mengatasi
kesenjangan ini dengan memfasilitasi pembelian kebutuhan pemakaman dan surat wasiat. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna bagi calon pengguna, website
ini dirancang melalui pendekatan multi-faceted yang mengintegrasikan design thinking, prinsip-prinsip lean startup, pengembangan agile, dan kerangka kerja
double diamond. Usability Testing digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pelanggan dan kemudahan penggunaan website. Hasil pengujian menegaskan efektivitas desain, memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang lancar. Sebagai kesimpulan, dengan mensintesis berbagai kerangka kerja dan memprioritaskan desain berpusat pada pengguna, website Bumikan merupakan contoh pendekatan pengembangan yang komprehensif, yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan alat yang berharga dan berdampak bagi individu yang menavigasi kompleksitas duka cita.

The occurrence of funerals is infrequent, but when the need arises, individuals must be prepared to manage the associated processes. Despite living in an era of abundant information, many individuals, particularly the youth, face significant
challenges in executing funeral arrangements due to a lack of knowledge and access to relevant resources. The Bumikan website was developed to address this gap by facilitating the process of buying a tool that was needed for the funeral
process and will writing. To enhance the user experience for prospective users, the website was designed through a multi-faceted approach that integrates design thinking, lean startup principles, agile development, and the double diamond framework. Usability testing was employed to evaluate customer satisfaction and the ease of use of the website. The test results affirm the design's effectiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience. In conclusion, by synthesizing various
frameworks and prioritizing user-centric design, the Bumikan website exemplifies a comprehensive development approach, aiming to provide a valuable and impactful tool for individuals navigating the complexities of bereavement.
