Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Guru terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung”. Permasalahan yang ingin dibahas dan dikaji yaitu: 1) Bagaimana disiplin guru di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung; 2) Bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung; dan 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengaruh disiplin guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup, yang disebarkan kepada 50 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan rumus Weighted Means Score (WMS), diperoleh gambaran umum disiplin guru berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,43. Sementara gambaran umum Efektivitas Pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata 4,27. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa disiplin guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik, yaitu dengan analisis korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi, dan analisis regresi. Analisis korelasi disiplin guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,764 yang berada pada kategori kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,3 %. Adapun hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 8,200 dan diketahui ttabel yaitu 2,021, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Begitu juga hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan yaitu Ŷ = 9,819 + 0,802X, artinya bahwa setiap ada perubahan satu unit pada disiplin guru akan meningkat 0,802 pada efektivitas pembelajaran dengan arah perubahan positif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. The title of this research is “The Influence of Disciplinary Teachers toward the Effectiveness of Learning at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung”. The problems that will discuss and review, those are: 1) How is the disciplinary of the teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung; 2) How the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung; 3) How much the influence of disciplinary teachers toward the learning effectiveness at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung. In general, the aim of this research is find out the obvious overviews relate with the influence of disciplinary teachers toward the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung. The method that is used in this research is descriptive method with the quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data in this research uses enclosed questionnaire, which is distributed to 50 teachers as sample of the study. Based on the result calculating by Weighted Means Score (WMS) formula, that obtain general overview of Disciplinary Teachers are excellent category with the average score is 4,43. Meanwhile, the general overview on the effectiveness of learning is very high with the average score is 4,27. The result of normality test toward distribution of the data shows that disciplinary teachers and distribution of the learning effectiveness are normal. The analyzing of the data uses parametric statistics, with the correlation analysis, test coefficient of determination, the test of significance, and the analysis of regression. The analyses of correlation disciplinary teachers and leaning effectiveness by using Pearson Product Moment have the relation significantly. That can be seen from correlation of the result is 0,764 which in strong category, with the coefficient of determination is 58,3 %. The result of significance test with test-t obtainedtcount= 8,200 and unknownttable is 2,021, it means there is the positive influence and significance between the disciplinary teachers toward the effectiveness of learning. Also, the result of analysis of regression obtained the equation, which is Ŷ = 9,819 + 0,802X, it means that every one-unit change in the disciplinary of teachers will increase 0,802 in learning the effectiveness with the direction of positive change. Based on the result of test statistic overall can be concluded that disciplinary of the teachers give the positive influences and significances toward the effectiveness of learning process at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung.
