Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kecenderungan konteks pembelajaran yang menggunakan media seperti lagu dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis konten youtube lagu "Lima Indra" yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mengenalkan panca indra pada anak serta bagaimana anak-anak usia dini memaknai lagu tersebut. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten oleh semiotic Pierce. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode simak dan catat, peneliti mendengarkan lagu, menganalisis tanda-tanda dalam liriknya, serta menghubungkannya dengan konsep panca indra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lagu ini representatif untuk menggambarkan pengalaman sensorik yang mendalam melalui penggunaan simbol dan tanda dalam liriknya. Setiap bagian lagu secara eksplisit mengaitkan fungsi setiap indra dengan pengalaman sehari-hari anak, dan memberikan informasi relevan terkait upaya pengenalan ragam dan fungsi tentang panca indra pada anak usia dini. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar guru dan lembaga pendidikan mempertimbangkan penggunaan lagu sebagai media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk mengenalkan panca indra, khususnya bagi anak. This research is motivated by the tendency of learning contexts that use media such as songs with the aim of analyzing the YouTube content of the song "Lima Indra" which is used as a learning medium to introduce the five senses to children and how early childhood children interpret the song. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with the content analysis method by Pierce's semiotics. The data collection technique is carried out through the listening and recording method, researchers listen to the song, analyze the signs in the lyrics, and relate them to the concept of the five senses. The results of the study show that this song is representative of describing a deep sensory experience through the use of symbols and signs in its lyrics. Each part of the song explicitly links the function of each sense to the child's daily experiences, and provides relevant information related to efforts to introduce the variety and function of the five senses to early childhood. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers and educational institutions consider using songs as an appropriate learning medium to introduce the five senses, especially for children.
