Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Praktek Kerja Industri Terhadap Mutu Praktek Kerja di SMK Bina Warga Bandung”. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini menyangkut manajemen praktek kerja industri dan pengaruhnya mutu praktek kerja di SMK Bina Warga. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai Pengaruh manajemen praktek kerja industri terhadap mutu praktek kerja di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup, yang menjadi sampel penelitian yaitu Guru yang berjumlah 47 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan rumus rata-rata simpangan baku, gambaran umum variabel x (manajemen praktek kerja industri) dan variabel y (mutu praktek kerja) berada pada kategori baik. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa variabel x dan variabel y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Korelasi variabel x dan y yaitu memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan, hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,67 yang berada pada kategori kuat. Selain itu, hubungan variabel x dan y dinyatakan secara linear dan dapat dimodelkan dengan persamaan regresi sederhana, yaitu Y = 10,68 + 0,21 X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pengaruh manajemen praktek kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu praktek kerja di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. This research title is “The Influence of Industrial Practice Work Management (Prakerin) Toward Work Practice Quality at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The problem in this research is about Prakerin management and how it influence the work practice quality at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Generally, this is research purpose is to find out the clear representation about the influence of industrial practice quality at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The method used for this research is the descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collecting technique is using the closed quentionnaire, with the sample of the research are including 47 teachers. Based on the counting results with avereage and deviation formula, general representation of x variable (industrial practice work management) and y variable (work practice quality) be in a good category. Normality test toward the distribution show that both variable is normal, and then data analysis is using the percentage formula. The corelation between x and y variable show that is has significant positive result, based on the corelation number 0,67 be in the strong category. Beside that, the connection between x and y variable stated linier and can be modelize with simple regretion equation, Y = 10,68 + 0,21 X that have the charachter of significant and linier. The conclusion of this research is that the influence of industrial practice work management (prakerin) is significantly influence work practice quality at SMK Bina Warga Bandung.
