Abstract

Sistem iHLD diterapkan di PT Telkom Akses Witel Tasikmalaya untuk mendukung operasional Divisi SDI dan Drafter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kegunaan sistem iHLD menggunakan metode PIECES dan System Usability Scale (SUS). PIECES digunakan untuk menganalisis enam aspek utama: Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, dan Service, sementara SUS mengevaluasi kegunaan sistem berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna melalui 10 pernyataan berbasis skala Likert. Hasil analisis PIECES menunjukkan bahwa sistem iHLD memiliki rata-rata kepuasan pengguna sebesar 3,86, yang berada dalam kategori PUAS, dengan kinerja yang efisien, informasi yang relevan, dan dukungan teknis yang cukup memadai. Namun, analisis SUS menempatkan sistem ini dalam kategori Marginal pada Rentang Acceptability Ranges dan kategori D pada Grade Scale, menunjukkan bahwa sistem masih menghadapi hambatan pada aspek antarmuka, navigasi, dan aksesibilitas fitur. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya peningkatan antarmuka pengguna, penyederhanaan navigasi, dan peningkatan fitur untuk memastikan kenyamanan serta kegunaan yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, peningkatan pelatihan pengguna dan dukungan teknis yang lebih responsif juga diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun iHLD memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kelancaran operasional, evaluasi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk memastikan sistem tetap relevan dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan organisasi dan teknologi di masa depan. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan analisis dengan mempertimbangkan masukan dari pengguna akhir untuk pengembangan sistem yang lebih komprehensif.

The iHLD system is implemented at PT Telkom Akses Witel Tasikmalaya to support the operations of the SDI and Drafter Divisions. This study aims to evaluate the performance and usability of the iHLD system using the PIECES method and System Usability Scale (SUS). PIECES is used to analyze six main aspects: Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service, while SUS evaluates the system's usability based on user experience through 10 Likert scale-based statements. The PIECES analysis shows that the iHLD system has an average user satisfaction score of 3.86, which falls within the SATISFIED category, with efficient performance, relevant information, and adequate technical support. However, the SUS analysis places the system in the Marginal category on the Acceptability Ranges and D category on the Grade Scale, indicating that the system still faces obstacles in the aspects of interface, navigation, and feature accessibility. The implications of this study highlight the need for improvements in the user interface, simplification of navigation, and enhancement of features to ensure greater comfort and optimal usability. Additionally, enhanced user training and more responsive technical support are also necessary to improve user experience. This study concludes that while iHLD has made a positive contribution to the smooth operation, continuous evaluation and development are crucial to ensure the system remains relevant and adaptive to the future needs of the organization and technology. Future research could expand the analysis scope by considering feedback from end-users for the development of a more comprehensive system.
