Abstract
ABSTRAK Globalisasi telah membuka akses remaja terhadap budaya, nilai-nilai, gaya hidup, dan tren dari seluruh dunia melalui media sosial, televisi, film, dan internet. Hal tesebut menjadi tantangan dan rintangan terhadap perilaku remaja. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistika Jawa Barat, pada tahun 2016 tercatat 135.787 kasus sosial. Diantaranya adalah tercatat sebanyak 2.592 kasus anak nakal (naughty children), 5.935 kasus korban narkotika (drugs abuser), dan tercatat sebanyak 18.106 kasus orang terkena HIV/AIDS/HIV patient. Sementara itu, dari data terlapor di Desa Mulyasari pada tahun 2021-2023 terdapat 15 remaja yang menikah dibawah umur dengan kasus 4 remaja mengalami KTD (Kehamilan Tidak Diinginkan). Maka dari itu, Program PIK-R hadir sebagai wadah yang mengatasi kompleksnya permasalahan kesehatan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program PIK-R di Posyandu Desa Mulyasari dengan menggunakan salah satu model evaluasi yaitu CIPP (context, input, process, product). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini untuk pengembangan konsep dan keilmuan khususnya dalam konsep keilmuan pendidikan masyarakat, penelitian ini juga diharapkan menjadi bahan rekomendasi bagi Pemerintah Desa Mulyasari untuk terus mengembangkan program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya pemberdayaan remaja. Berdasarkan hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa konteks dari program ini yaitu program PIK-R dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi remaja di Desa Mulyasari. Input dari program ini yaitu Program PIK-R mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak dan pemangku kepentingan di Desa Mulyasari. Sementara itu, Proses pelaksanaan Program PIK-R telah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis namun masih terdapat beberapa hambatan. Untuk Produk dari kegiatan PIK-R sendiri telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi peserta kegiatan. Program ini terbukti memberikan manfaat nyata bagi remaja di Desa Mulyasari baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. This phenomenon presents challenges and obstacles to adolescent behavior. According to the Central Statistics Agency of West Java, in 2016, there were 135,787 social cases recorded. Among them, there were 2,592 cases of naughty children, 5,935 cases of drug abusers, and 18,106 cases of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Meanwhile, based on reported data from the Mulyasari Village for the years 2021-2023, there were 15 adolescents who married underage, with 4 cases of Unwanted Pregnancies. Thus, the PIK-R Program emerges as a platform to address the complex issues of adolescent health. This research aims to evaluate the PIK-R program at the Mulyasari Village Integrated Health Post using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The findings of this research contribute to the development of concepts and knowledge, especially in the field of community education, and are also expected to provide recommendations for the Mulyasari Village Government to continue developing community empowerment programs, particularly for youth empowerment. Based on the findings, the context of the program is aligned with the needs and conditions of adolescents in Mulyasari Village. The input for this program receives support from various stakeholders and parties in Mulyasari Village. However, the implementation process of the PIK-R Program encounters some obstacles despite following technical instructions. As for the program's product, the PIK-R activities have significantly positive impacts on participants. The program has demonstrated tangible benefits for adolescents in Mulyasari Village in terms of knowledge and skills. Keywords: youth empowerment, sexuality education, evaluation
