    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengeksplorasipenerapan cerita Alkitab dalam memperkuat karakter religius anak usia dini di Sekolah Minggu serta faktor-faktoryang memengaruhinya.Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek anak usia 4–6 tahun, guru Sekolah Minggu, dan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian cerita Alkitab secara sistematis, kontekstual, dan interaktif mampu membentuk sikap religius seperti iman, kasih, dan ketaatan. Cerita Daniel di Gua Singamenanamkan nilai iman dan ketaatan kepada Tuhan, sedangkan Orang Samaria yang Baik Hati mengajarkan kasih, empati, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Keberhasilan didukung oleh pemilihan cerita yang sesuai perkembangan anak, alat peraga menarik, penyampaian ekspresif, serta keterlibatan orang tua.Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik di PAUD dan Sekolah Minggu dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mendukung penguatan karakter religius anakusia dini. This study explores the application of Bible stories in strengthening the religious character of early childhood in Sunday School and the factors that influence it. The method used is descriptive qualitative with subjects of children aged 4-6 years, Sunday School teachers, and parents. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that the delivery of Bible stories systematically, contextually, and interactively can shape religious attitudes such as faith, love, and obedience. The story of Daniel in the Lion's Den instills the values of faith and obedience to God, while the Good Samaritan teaches love, empathy, and concern for others. Success is supported by the selection of stories that are appropriate for child development, interesting teaching aids, expressive delivery, and parental involvement. This study is expected to be a reference for educators in PAUD and Sunday School in developing learning strategies that support the strengthening of the religious character of early childhood.
