Abstract
Penelitian ini ingin menjawab sejumlah permasalahan yang timbul selama pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks di kelas X MIA 7 SMA Negeri 19 Bandung. Permasalahan itu: (1) bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now? (2) bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now? (3) bagaimana hasil pembelajaran menulis menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) untuk memaparkan perencanaan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now; (2) untuk memaparkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now; dan (3) untuk memaparkan hasil pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now. Bertolak dari permasalahan di atas, peneliti menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur kompleks siswa. Strategi writing in the here and now membantu siswa untuk merefleksikan pengalaman-pengalaman yang telah mereka alami ke dalam sebuah tulisan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan secara objektif permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas yang menyangkut perbaikan, peningkatan, dan pengelolaan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now telah berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan menggunakan strategi writing in the here and now dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus; dan (3) hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks. Setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan, siswa kelas X MIA 7 SMA Negeri 19 Bandung mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus ke I nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 65,1 dan pada siklus ke II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 80,7. Ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa sudah mampu menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan baik. This study wants to answer a number of issues that arise during the learning of writing complex procedures text in class X MIA 7 at SMA 19 Bandung. The problems are: (1) how to write a lesson plan of complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now? (2) how is the implementation of learning complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now? (3) how are the results of learning complex procedures text using writing strategies in the here and now? The purposes of this study are: (1) to describe the lesson plan of complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now; (2) to describe the implementation of learning complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now; and (3) to present the results of learning complex procedures text using writing strategies in the here and now. Based on the problems, the researcher uses strategy of writing in the here and now in order to improve students' writing skills of complex procedures text. Writing strategies in the here and now helps students to reflect on the experiences they have been through to the writing product. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study is to objectively describe the problem of learning in the classroom concerning repairs, upgrades, and classroom management. The results show that (1) the lesson plan of complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now has been run in accordance with a predetermined plan; (2) the implementation of learning complex procedure text using writing strategies in the here and now is done in a total of two cycles; and (3) the results show an increase in students' ability to write complex procedures text. After the learning process is carried out, the student’s grade of X MIA 7 at SMAN 19 Bandung has increased. In the first cycle the average of the students’ grade is 65.1 and in the second cycle the average of students’ grade increases to 80.7. It shows that most of the students have been able to write a good complex procedure text.
