Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan performance assessment praktik pendampingan penyandang disabilitas tuna rungu pada kompetensi social worker berbantuan aplikasi Jotform. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik data penelitian. Desain penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi performance assessment, dan evaluasi instrumen penilaian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara, validasi, dan uji kompetensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance assessment yang dikembangkan berbantuan aplikasi jotform memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas dengan hasil kriteria penilaian sangat layak, berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli penilaian dan materi serta implementasi di SMK Negeri 15 Bandung. Penggunaan aplikasi Jotform mempermudah proses penilaian secara digital, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif, berdasarkan hasil respon pengguna usability dari pengguna menunjukan bahwa pendidik merasa mudah, dan puas saat menggunakan performance assessment berbantuan aplikasi jotform dalam memberikan penilaian kinerja pendampingan penyandang disabilitas tuna rungu. Hasil evaluasi dari uji antar rater diperoleh tingkat reliabilitas performance assessment berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi.
This research aims to develop a performance assessment of the practice of assisting deaf people with disabilities in the competence of social workers assisted by the Jotform application. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods that are adjusted to the characteristics of the research data. The research design uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research stages include needs analysis, design, development, implementation of performance assessment, and evaluation of assessment instruments. Data collection techniques used literature studies, interviews, validation, and competency tests. The results showed that the performance assessment developed with the help of the jotform application met the validity and reliability criteria with the results of the assessment criteria being very feasible, based on the results of the assessment and material expert validation test and implementation at SMK Negeri 15 Bandung. The use of the Jotform application facilitates the digital assessment process, increases efficiency, and provides more objective results, based on the results of usability user responses from users show that educators find it easy, and are satisfied when using the performance assessment assisted by the jotform application in providing performance assessment of deaf disability assistance. The evaluation results of the inter-rater test obtained the level of reliability of the performance assessment are in very high criteria.
