    Abstract

    Anak usia dini merupakan individu yang berada pada rentang 0-6 tahun, yang dikenal sebagai usia emas (golden age) dimana mereka mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Proses belajar yang efektif bagi anak sebaiknya dilakukan melalui aktivitas yang melibatkan pengalaman nyata melalui permainan menggunakan media pembalajaran. Namun, media yang digunakan sekolah yaitu busy book berukuran kecil, halaman dan aktivitas tidak banyak dan bervariasi. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengembangkan media busy book dengan menggunakan bahan yang lebih elastic yaitu kain flanel dengan ukuran yang kebih besar yaitu, halaman dan aktivitas lebih banyak dan bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran “smart busy book” yang layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai alat untuk menstimulasi kemampuan kognitif anak usia 4-5 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan D&D (Desain and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi analis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation) dan evaluasi (evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, angket dan pretest posttest. Hasil validasi oleh validator dan uji coba produk diperoleh berdasarkan presentase masing-masing diantaranya yaitu ahli media sebesar 95% , ahli materi 100%, ahli pembelajaran 97,72%, sedangkan uji coba lapangan mendapatkan presentase sebesar 88,71%. Semua hasilnya termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan media smart busy book layak dan efektif untuk digunakan. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengembangkan media anak usia dini menjadi lebih baik dan kreatif dalam pengembangan produk media. Early childhood is an individual who is in the range of 0-6 years, known as the golden age where they experience very rapid development. Effective learning for children should be done through activities that involve real experiences through games using learning media. However, the media used by schools, namely busy books, are small in size, pages and activities are not many and varied. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop busy book media by using a more elastic material, namely flannel cloth with a larger size, more pages and activities and varied. This research aims to produce a learning media “smart busy book” that is feasible and effective to use as a tool to stimulate the cognitive abilities of children aged 4-5 years. This type of research uses the D&;D (Design and Development) research and development method using the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection methods are interviews, questionnaires and pretest posttests. The results of validation by validators and product trials were obtained based on the percentage of each of them, namely media experts of 95%, material experts 100%, learning experts 97.72%, while the field trial received a percentage of 88.71%. All results are included in the very feasible category. Based on the results and discussion of smart busy book media, it is feasible and effective to use. For further researchers to be able to develop early childhood media to be better and more creative in developing media products.
