Abstract

Dribbling merupakan teknik dasar yang harus dikuasai dengan baik oleh seorang pemain sepakbola, karena dribbling merupakan komponen dasar yang sangat diperlukan dalam permainan sepakbola. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti tentang latihan menggiring bola menggunakan metode circuit training terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan menggiring bola menggunakan metode circuit training terhadap keterampilan dribbling pemain sepakbola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Coerver Coaching Bandung. Di dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 orang siswa Coerver Coaching Bandung U-15 yang sudah bisa melakukan dribbling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes menggiring bola slalom 2 meter. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data peningkatan untuk kelompok eksperimen dari hasil tes awal diperoleh nilai rata-rata 10,36 dan tes akhir memperoleh nilai 8,34, selisih tes awal dan tes akhir sebesar 2,02. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol rata-rata nilai tes awal 10,41 dan tes akhir 9,41, selisih tes awal dan tes akhir kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,99. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dengan uji signifikansi dua rata-rata (berpasangan) diperoleh thitung 10,27 > ttabel 2,45 untuk kelompok circuit training dengan demikian Ho ditolak, artinya terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : latihan dengan menggunakan metode circuit training memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling. *Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Angkatan 2010 Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Dribbling is a basic technique that must be mastered well by a football player, as dribbling is a basic component that is needed in the game of football. In this study the authors examined about dribbling exercises using circuit training methods to increase dribbling skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise dribble method using circuit training for soccer players dribbling skills. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The population in this study were students Coerver Coaching Bandung. In this study the authors took a sample by using purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study consisted of 14 students Coerver Coaching Bandung U-15 who can do the dribbling. The research instrument used was a slalom dribble test 2 meters. Based on the processing and analysis of data for the improvement of the experimental group from the beginning of the test results obtained by the average value of 10.36 and the final test to obtain the value of 8.34, the difference between the initial test and final test by 2.02. The control group the average value of the initial test and final test 10.41 9.41, the difference between the initial test and final test control group by 0.99. While the hypothesis test with a significance test on average two (pairs) obtained t 10.27> ttable 2.45 for group training thus Circuit Ho is rejected, it means a significant increase.
