Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat siaga banjir pada Sungai Cisadane menggunakan analisis hidrologi dan hidraulika. Sungai Cisadane merupakan sungai yang
sering mengalami banjir, terutama di bagian hilirnya yang melintasi kawasan pemukiman di Kota Tangerang, Bogor dan sekitarnya. Pengolahan data dari Sungai Cisadane yang didapatkan menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Global Mapper, Google Earth Pro dan Microsoft Excel untuk mendapatkan analisis hidrologi dan hidraulika. Analisis
yang dilakukan yakni perhitungan curah hujan wilayah, curah hujan rencana beserta dengan berbagai macam pengujian terhadap curah hujan rencana dan dilakukan perhitungan debit banjir dengan bantuan perangkat lunak HEC-HMS 4.10. Didapatkan puncak debit banjir rencana berturut - turut dengan kala ulang Q2, Q5, Q10, Q20, Q50, Q100, Q200, Q500,
dan Q1000 sebesar 60,1 m3/s, 80,3 m3/s, 93,7 m3/s 106,4 m3/s, 123 m3/s, 135,9 m3/s, 148,5 m3/s, 165,1 m3/s dan 177,8 m3/s. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan Sungai Cisadane pada
perangkat lunak HEC-AS 6.3 untuk mendapatkan kondisi elevasi tinggi muka air pada setiap cross section. Data yang telah disesuaikan dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan operasi dan pemeliharaan prasarana sungai ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat beberapa macam siaga yang ada seperti tingkat siaga merah, siaga kuning, siaga hijau, dan siaga biru.

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of flood alert on the Cisadane River using hydrological and hydraulics analysis. The Cisadane River is a river that often experiences flooding, especially in its downstream section which crosses residential areas in Tangerang City, Bogor and surrounding areas. Data processing from the Cisadane River obtained using the HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Global Mapper, Google Earth Pro and Microsoft Excel applications to obtain hydrological and hydraulics analysis. The analysis carried out is the calculation of regional rainfall, planned rainfall along with various tests on planned rainfall and flood discharge calculations with the help of HEC-HMS 4.10 software. The peak flood discharge was obtained with a return period of Q2, Q5, Q10, Q20, Q50, Q100, Q200, Q500, and Q1000 of 60,1 m3/s, 80,3 m3/s, 93,7 m3/s 106,4 m3/s, 123 m3/s, 135,9 m3/s, 148,5 m3/s, 165,1 m3/s and 177,8 m3/s, respectively. Furthermore, modeling of the Cisadane River was carried out in the HEC-AS 6.3 software to obtain the condition of the water level elevation on each cross section. Data that has been adjusted to the guidelines for organizing operation and maintenance activities of river infrastructure obtained the results that there are several types of existing alert such as red alert, yellow alert, green alert, and blue alert levels.
