Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dampak banjir semakin dirasakan di berbagai daerah, termasuk di Daerah Aliran Sungai Bekasi. Daerah ini merupakan salah satu wilayah yang rawan terhadap banjir akibat intensitas curah hujan yang relatif tinggi dan kondisi hidrologi yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat siaga banjir di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Bekasi menggunakan pendekatan hidrologi dan Hidraulika. Pendekatan hidrologi
melibatkan analisis pola curah hujan, debit sungai, dan karakteristik DAS yang mempengaruhi potensi banjir dengan menggunakan HEC HMS 4.12. Didapatkan puncak debit banjir rencana berturut turut dengan kala ulang Q2, Q5, Q10, Q20, Q50, Q100, Q200, Q500 dan Q1000 sebesar 20,8 m3/s, 28,6 m3/s, 34,5 m3/s, 42,9 m3/s, 49,8 m3/s, 57,2 m3/s, 65,1 m3/s, 72,5 m3/s, dan 86,6 m3/s. Sementara itu, pendekatan Hidraulika digunakan untuk memodelkan aliran air di sungai, mengetahui elevasi, dan mengevaluasi kapasitas saluran dalam menampung aliran puncak selama kejadian banjir. Dengan menggabungkan kedua pendekatan ini, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi area berisiko tinggi dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan sistem peringatan dini serta strategi mitigasi banjir. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengelolaan banjir yang lebih efektif di DAS Bekasi.

In recent years, the impact of flooding has increasingly been felt in various areas, including the Bekasi River Basin. This area is one of the areas that is prone to flooding due to the relatively high intensity of rainfall and suboptimal hydrological conditions. This research aims to analyze the flood alert level in the Bekasi River Basin (DAS) using a hydrology and hydraulics approach. The hydrological approach involves analyzing rainfall patterns, river discharge, and watershed
characteristics that influence flood potential using HEC HMS 4.12. It was found that the peak flood discharge plans were successively with return periods Q2, Q5, Q10, Q20, Q50, Q100, Q200, Q500 and Q1000 of 20.8 m3/s, 28.6 m3/s, 34.5 m3/s,
42 .9 m3/s, 49.8 m3/s, 57.2 m3/s, 65.1 m3/s, 72.5 m3/s, and 86.6 m3/s. Meanwhile, a hydraulics approach is used to model water flow in rivers, determine elevation, and evaluate channel capacity to accommodate peak flows during flood events. By
combining these two approaches, this research identifies high-risk areas and provides recommendations for improving early warning systems and flood mitigation strategies. It is hoped that the results of this research can become the basis for more effective flood management in the Bekasi watershed.
