    Abstract

    ABSTRAK PEMBUATAN APLIKASI WEBGIS UNTUK PEMUTAKHIRAN DATA BIDANG TANAH DESA BIRU, KECAMATAN MAJALAYA, KABUPATEN BANDUNG TAHUN 2023 Oleh GIA GUSTAMAN NIM: 2009706 (Program Studi Survei Pemetaan dan Informasi Geografis) Kabupaten Bandung mengalami pertumbuhan penduduk serta perkembangan ekonomi yang pesat. Meningkatnya permintaan tanah mengakibatkan terjadinya persaingan akan kepemilikan tanah, sehingga setiap individu berupaya mengamankan hak atas tanahnya. Dalam situasi tersebut program sertifikasi tanah secara massal dapat meningkatkan investasi di masa mendatang. Program Pendaftaran Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bandung bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan meningkatkan pengelolaan pertanahan untuk merencanakan dan mendokumentasikan hak atas tanah secara sistematis. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi WebGIS yang memungkinkan pembaruan data bidang tanah secara lebih efisien dan akurat. Studi kasus dilakukan di Desa Biru, Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode pengembangan Aplikasi WebGIS menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil prototype aplikasi ini berupa laman web dengan nama domain https://gissittakhir.web.id/. Memiliki dua tampilan antarmuka yaitu antarmuka untuk pengguna umum berupa halaman beranda dan visualisasi peta dan antarmuka pengguna khusus/admin untuk mengelola data bidang tanah. Hasil pengujian kelayakan sistem yakni uji fungsionalitas dan portabilitas mendapatkan nilai 100% dengan predikat “Sangat layak” dan uji usabilitas dengan hasil 83,6% dengan predikat “sangat layak”. ABSTRACT CREATION OF A WEBGIS APPLICATION FOR UPDATING LAND PLOT DATA IN BIRU VILLAGE, MAJALAYA DISTRICT, BANDUNG REGENCY IN 2023 By GIA GUSTAMAN Student ID: 2009706 (Program Study of Mapping and Geographic Information Survey) Bandung Regency is experiencing rapid population growth and economic development. The increasing demand for land has resulted in competition for land ownership, so that every individual tries to ensure the security of their land rights. In this situation, a mass land certification program can increase investment in the future. The Complete Systematic Registration Program (PTSL) implemented in Bandung Regency aims to provide legal certainty and improve land management to plan and document land rights systematically. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop a WebGIS application that allows updating land plot data more efficiently and accurately. The case study was conducted in Biru Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. The WebGIS Application development method uses the Prototype method. The prototype result of this application is a web page with the domain name https://gissittakhir.web.id/ . It has two interfaces, namely an interface for general users in the form of a home page and map visualization and a special user/admin interface for managing land plot data. The results of the system feasibility test, namely the functionality and portability test, received a score of 100% with the predicate "Very Feasible" and the usability test resulted in 83.6% with the predicate "very feasible".
