Abstract
Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan diketahui belum adanya pedoman penilaian untuk menilai hasil praktek busana kerja wanita pada Mata Kuliah Busana Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat evaluasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai hasil praktek busana kerja wanita, memvalidasi alat evaluasi yang dibuat kepada ahli evaluasi dan ahli materi dan menganalisis hasil validasi untuk mengetahui presentase kelayakan alat evaluasi. Alat evaluasi yang dibuat berupa rubrik penilaian untuk menilai hasil praktek busana kerja wanita model mantelpak dimulai dari peletakan pola di atas bahan dan produk busana kerja wanita. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini melalui tahapan studi pendahuluan, pembuatan alat evaluasi dan validasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa alat evaluasi yang dibuat dapat dikategorikan layak dengan presentase keidealan sebesar 98,4% dari ahli materi dan sebesar 92,5% dari ahli evaluasi. Hasil validasi para ahli terhadap alat evaluasi pembelajaran praktek busana kerja wanita menyepakati alat evaluasi yang dibuat layak digunakan untuk menilai hasil praktek busana kerja wanita dengan beberapa aspek yang sudah diperbaharui. Alat evaluasi yang telah dibuat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan untuk Dosen Mata Kuliah Busana Kerja dalam menilai hasil praktek busana kerja wanita model mantelpak. Kata Kunci: Alat Evaluasi, Busana Kerja Wanita Based on the preliminary study it is known that there are the lack of assessment guidelines to apraise the result of women workingcloths on the working cloths class. The study aims to invented evaluation equiptment that can be use to asses the results of the practice of women working cloths with validation from evalution and material expert, thus analyses validation’s result to make sure the eligibility presentage of the test equiptment to evaluate. The invented tools morelike an assessment rubric to assess the practice results of women work attire in mantelpack model which is started in pattern placement above the materials and woman working cloths products. This metode used through several phases including preliminary study, tools making, and validation. The validation showed that the evaluation tools that been made can be categorized as feasible with the ideal percentage by 98,4% by material expert and by 92,5% by evaluator. The results of evaluation tools for women working cloths practice validation agreed the equipment that have been made is feasible to assess the product of women working cloths practice under some modified aspects. The invented tools that has been made is expected to be input for the lecturer in working cloths class to assess the practice results of women work attire in mantelpack model.
