Abstract
Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 70 Tahun 2009 Tentang: Pendidikan inklusif bagi peserta didik yang memiliki kelainan dan memiliki potensi kecerdasan atau bakat istimewa), siswa berkebutuhan khusus diberikan kesempatan untuk belajar di sekolah reguler dari tingkat SD hingga SMA. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkebutuhan khusus tersebut diberikan kesempatan belajar di sekolah reguler bukan hanya di Sekolah Dasar saja tetapi bisa pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama hingga Sekolah Menengah Atas. Aktivitas pembelajaran siswa adalah kunci keberhasilan pembelajaran, menciptakan suasana sekolah yang aman dan nyaman, serta meningkatkan kreativitas dan prestasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus (tunadaksa) di sekolah dasar negeri, dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode yang digunakan yaitu Studi Kasus. Hasil dalam penelitian ini Siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus (tunadaksa) seringkali menunjukkan tingkat kecerdasan yang luar biasa, bahkan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa normal. Namun, mereka menghadapi tantangan dalam menulis akibat keterbatasan fisik yang dimiliki. Meskipun demikian, mereka tetap dapat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan fisik, karena hal ini sangat bermanfaat untuk melatih keterampilan motorik mereka, yang penting untuk perkembangan mereka ke depannya. Kesimpulannya adalah tidak semua siswa berkebutuhan khusus (tunadaksa) tingkat kecerdasannya dibawah rata-rata tetapi, untuk hambatan yang dialaminya hanya pada kegiatan fisik saja. Namun dengan adanya kegiatan fisik bisa membantu motorik siswa tersebut. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning activities of students with special needs (physical disabilities) in public elementary schools, with a qualitative approach using the method used, namely narrative inquiry. The results of this study Students with special needs (physical disabilities) often show extraordinary levels of intelligence, even higher than normal students. However, they face challenges in writing due to their physical limitations. However, they can still participate in learning activities that involve physical, because this is very useful for training their motor skills, which are important for their future development. The conclusion is that not all students with special needs (physical disabilities) have below average intelligence levels, but the obstacles they experience are only in physical activities. However, physical activities can help the student's motor skills.
