Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswamasih tergolong rendah yang lebih disebabkan dari faktor eksternal, salah satunya adalah kinerja pelayanan dari sekolah. Kinerja pelayanan dari sekolah yang cenderung kurang memuaskan membuat motivasi belajar siswa menurun, sehingga berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswanya.Faktor eksternal yang berupa pelayanan di SMK Negeri 2 Garutberhubungan dengan pelayananakademik dan administrasi kepadasiswasangat penting demi terciptanya prestasi belajar siswa. Kita tahubahwakelancaranbelajarmengajar di tentukandaribagianakademik dan administrasi, siswadapatlancarbelajarnyaapabilasegalaurusanpadabagianakademik dan administrasi, misalnyajadwalpembelajarandapatberjalanlancar.Tujuan yang ini dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) untukmengetahuibagaimanagambaranpersepsi siswa tentang layanan akademik dan administrasi, 2) untukmengetahuibagaimanagambaran prestasi belajar siswa, 3) untukmengetahuisebesarapa pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang layanan akademik dan administrasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa program keahlian TGB SMK Negeri 2 Garut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggambarkan saat ini. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X, XI, XII Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik GambarBangunan pada tahun akademik 2013-2014 sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruhlayananakademikdanadministrasiterhadapprestasibelajarsiswaadalahtidak signifikan, dengankorelasisangat rendah. Student motivation is still low which is mainly from external factors, one of which is the service performance of the school. Service performance of the schools tend to be less satisfying to make students' motivation decreases, so the impact on student learning achievement. External factors in the form of service in SMK Negeri 2 Garut associated with academic and administrative services to the students is very important for the creation of student achievement. We know that the smoothness of the specified learning in academic and administrative sections, the students can smoothly if all learning on the academic affairs and administration, for example learning schedule can run smoothly. This goal is achieved in this study were: 1) to know how is the students 'perception of academic and administrative services, 2) to determine how the image of student achievement, 3) to determine at what influences students' perception of academic and administrative services to the achievement of learning TGB skills program students of SMK Negeri 2 Garut. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach that illustrates this point. Respondents in this study were students of class X, XI, XII Skills Competency Architecture Engineering in the academic year 2013-2014 as many as 40 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The result showed the influence of academic and administrative services on student achievement is not significant, the correlation is very low.
