Abstract
Mining is contributor largest country foreign exchange namely 36 % ( energy and mineral resources ministry ) the existence of mining industry will certainly impact on the social conditions community economic, especially the ferryman who are around the industry.Village malangnengah have three of move in sector mining namely Koperasi Gunung Sembung, Jaya Putra Sembung, and PT. Hanusentra. Where act no. 40 of 2007 on limited liability company article 74 paragraph 1 holds that, the company having its business activities in the field of and / or related to natural resources must undertakes responsibility social and environmental , research aims to know how big influence existence mining industry against the social conditions community economic miners in the village malangnengah sub-district sukatani district purwakarta. Methods used in this research is a method of research descriptive, the population is that the entire society miners in the village of malangnengah 543 people, with the number of samples taken through the formula solvin get the number of samples miners by the number of 90 respondents taken at random.Variable used in this research is mining and social economy, the analysis used is chisquare and contingency. Research showed that mining industry in the village malangnengah have capital pecuniary and goods, technology and equipment used is modern much used a heavy, mining the process used is method an open mine, results mining who marketed in form of split and stone halve.Social community economic as income, possession of dwelling, and education family perceived its influence with each ha received and ho rejected.Existence industry andesit mining stone in the village malangnengah effect on the social conditions community economic miners. Industry andesit mining stone in the village malangnengah bit more give attention to socioeconomic society miners. Key words: mining, socio-economic, miners society Pertambangan adalah penyumbang devisa Negara terbesar yaitu 36% (Kementrian ESDM) keberadaan industri pertambangan tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya para penambang yang berada disekitar lokasi industri. Desa Malangnengah mempunyai tiga industri yang bergerak dalam sektor pertambangan yaitu Koperasi Gunung Sembung, Jaya Putra Sembung, dan PT. Hanusentra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keberadaan industri pertambangan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat penambang di Desa Malangnengah Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat penambang di Desa Malangnengah dengan jumlah 543 jiwa, sampel diambil melalui rumus solvin mendapatkan jumlah sampel penambang dengan jumlah 90 responden yang diambil secara acak. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pertambangan dan sosial ekonomi, analisis yang digunakan adalah chisquare dan kontingensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa industri pertambangan di Desa Malangnengah mempunyai modal berupa uang dan barang, teknologi dan peralatan yang digunakan sudah modern, banyak menggunakan alat berat, proses pertambangan yang digunakan adalah metode tambang terbuka, hasil pertambangan yang dipasarkan berupa split dan batu belah. Sosial ekonomi masyarakat seperti pendapatan, kepemilikan tempat tinggal, dan pendidikan keluarga dirasakan pengaruhnya dengan masing-masing Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Keberadaan industri pertambangan batu andesit di Desa Malangnengah berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat penambang. Industri pertambangan batu andesit di Desa Malangnengah sebaiknya lebih memberi perhatian terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat penambang. Kata Kunci: Pertambangan, sosial ekonomi, masyarakat penambang
