Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi E-Arsip berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi, integrasi, dan keamanan pengelolaan data dosen pada lembaga LLDIKTI Wilayah IV. Pengelolaan data dosen di LLDIKTI Wilayah IV menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya integrasi sistem, duplikasi data, dan keterbatasan metode manual yang tidak efisien. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan teknologi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan database MySQL untuk pengelolaan data secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi hasil. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan fitur utama, termasuk pengelolaan data dosen, arsip sertifikat pendidik, jabatan fungsional, serta inpassing. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sistem secara fungsional dan non-fungsional. Selain itu, wawancara dengan pengguna mengonfirmasi bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam mengurangi duplikasi data, mempermudah integrasi antar unit, dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi E-Arsip merupakan solusi inovatif yang dapat membantu LLDIKTI Wilayah IV dalam pengelolaan data dosen secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk memperluas penerapan aplikasi ke wilayah atau institusi lain dengan kebutuhan serupa. This study aims to design and implement a web-based E-Archive application to improve the efficiency, integration, and security of lecturer data management at the LLDIKTI Region IV institution. Lecturer data management at LLDIKTI Region IV faces several challenges, such as a lack of system integration, data duplication, and inefficiencies in manual methods. The application is built using web-based technology integrated with a MySQL database for real-time data management. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The application features core functionalities, including lecturer data management, archiving of educator certificates, functional positions, and inpassing. Testing results using the black-box method demonstrate that the application meets both functional and non-functional system requirements. Additionally, user interviews confirm that the application effectively reduces data duplication, facilitates inter-unit integration, and enhances work efficiency. This study concludes that the E-Archive application is an innovative solution to assist LLDIKTI Region IV in managing lecturer data more effectively and efficiently. It recommends further development to expand the application’s implementation to other regions or institutions with similar needs.
