Abstract
Penerapan kultur sunda sebagai faktor eksternal yang mampu mempengaruhi karakter siswa. Dalam kehidupan disekolah maupun diluar sekolah faktor kebudayaan atau kultur sudah sangat melekat bahkan telah menjadi kebiasaan sebagai pedoman hidup individu, kebudayaan yang positif akan menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif juga, diantaranya dapat membentuk karakter siswa yang nantinya akan selalu melekat sebagai ciri khas setiap individu yang berbeda-beda. Diantaranya adalah karakter yang harus dimiliki lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh penerapan kultur Sunda di program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung; 2) Memperoleh gambaran Karakter siswa, program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung; 3) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Penerapan Kultur Sunda terhadap pembentukan Karakter siswa program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan Deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa dari jumlah populasi 53 siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu SMK 6 Bandung. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hubungan yang terjadi antara kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Gambaran Penerapan Kultur Sunda dalam kriteria baik. Sedangkan gambaran umum dari Pembentukan Karakter siswa program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu, SMK 6 Bandung adalah tinggi. Berdasarkan pada kriteria penafsiran koefisien korelasi, hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut termasuk dalam kategori rendah. This study is a descriptive research using a quantitative approach. Data collection instruments by using a questionnaire. The study sample in this study amounted to 20 students from the population of 53 students of class XI Wood Construction Engineering program expertise VHS 6 Bandung. From the analysis of the data obtained by the relationship between the two variables is positive and significant. Application overview Sundanese culture in both criteria. While the general picture of students' character formation program expertise Wood Construction Engineering, VHS 6 Bandung is high.
