Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran membaca permulaan berbasis busy book dan metode silabel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain Research and Depelovment. Prodesur penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Partisipan penelitian peserta didik dan guru kelas 1 SDN 1 Cipaku, Ahli Materi dan Ahli media. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisi data menggunakan analisi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelititian: (1) analisis kebutuhan menunjukan kondisi awal kemampuan membaca peserta didik yang beragam memerlukan media dan metode pembelajaran yang dapat menarik antusias peserta didik dalam pembelajaran membaca. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan adalah media busy book. (2) Tahapan desain busy book diawali dengan penyusunan Garis Besar Program Media (GBPM), penyusunan storyboard dan pembuatan prototipe. Pada tahap perancangan didapati kekurangan dalam penulisan petujuk kegiatan yang kurang jelas, ukuran huruf yang terlalu kecil dan warna halaman media yang kurang menarik (3) Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan perbaikan storyboard berdasarkan kekurangan pada perancangandan pembuatan media. Media divalidasi oleh ahli materi dengan perolehan nilai validasi 93% layak digunakan serta hasil validasi serta validasi dari ahli media dengan nilai persentase 97% yang artinya media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dengan revisi. (4) tahap implementasi peserta didik sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media yang dikembangkan. Guru memberikan respon sangat setuju terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran berbais busy book dan metode silabel. (5) tahap evaluasi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis busy book dan metode silabel dapat dijadikan media alternatif untuk pembelajaran membaca permulaan lebih menyenangkan. This study aims to develop busy book-based initial reading learning media and syllable methods. This research method uses Research and Depelovment design. The research process uses the ADDIE model with stages of Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Research participants were students and teachers of grade 1 SDN 1 Cipaku, Material Experts and Media Experts. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study: (1) needs analysis shows the initial condition of diverse reading skills of students requiring media and learning methods that can attract students' enthusiasm in reading learning. One of the media that can be used is busy book media. (2) The busy book design stage begins with the preparation of the Media Program Outline (GBPM), the preparation of storyboards and the creation of prototypes. At the design stage, there were shortcomings in writing unclear activity references, font sizes that were too small and the colors of media pages that were less attractive (3) At the development stage, storyboard improvements were made based on shortcomings in media design and creation. The media is validated by material experts with a validation value of 93% suitable for use and the results of validation and validation from media experts with a percentage value of 97%, which means that the developed media is suitable for use with revisions. (4) The implementation stage of students is very enthusiastic about participating in learning using the developed media. The teacher gave a very agreeable response to the use of learning media based on busy books and syllable methods. (5) The evaluation stage of developing busy book-based learning media and syllable methods can be used as alternative media for more enjoyable initial reading learning.
