Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena tren pada industri jasa makanan. Salah satu tren yang telah diakui oleh anggota Federasi Kuliner Amerika adalah pop-up restaurant atau pop-up dining event. Pengalaman positif dalam mengeksplorasi pariwisata kuliner seringkali dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan pelancong untuk kembali ke destinasi tersebut atau merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential value terhadap behavioral intention di pop-up restaurant Joongla Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui google form. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 yang terdiri dari pengunjung yang pernah bersantap di pop-up restaurant Joongla Kota Bandung. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan SPSS Statistics 26 dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential value terhadap behavioral intention memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,491 atau 49,1%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa experiential value memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of trends in the food service industry. One trend that has been recognized by members of the American Culinary Federation is pop-up restaurants or pop-up dining events. A positive experience in exploring culinary tourism can often increase the tendency of travelers to return to the destination or recommend it to others. This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential value on behavioral intention at Joongla pop-up restaurant in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive verification. With data collection techniques via google form. The type of research used is a survey using simple random sampling technique with 120 respondents consisting of visitors who have dined at Joongla's pop-up restaurant in Bandung City. The data obtained was then processed with SPSS Statistics 26 with a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that experiential value on behavioral intention had an influence of 0.491 or 49.1%. So it can be concluded that experiential value has a significant influence on behavioral intention.
