    Abstract

    Aplikasi Tiket.com mengalami banyak perkembangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen untuk berwisata yaitu terdapat berbagai layanan yang dimiliki online travel agent khususnya tiket.com diantaranya tiket transportasi, akomodasi, aktivitas wisata, kuliner, atraksi wisata, event, dan kegiatan hiburan lainnya yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dalam pemilihan produk. Faktor paling penting pada transaksi online adalah kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami pengaruh e-service quality Tiket.Com dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap repurchase intention hotel di kota bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif verifikatif dengan simple random sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh e-service quality Tiket.Com dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap repurchase intention hotel di kota bandung secara positif. The Tiket.com application has experienced many developments in meeting consumers' needs for traveling, namely that there are various services provided by online travel agents, especially Tiket.com, including transportation tickets, accommodation, tourist activities, culinary delights, tourist attractions, events and other entertainment activities which are sufficient to fulfill consumer needs in product selection. The most important factor in online transactions is trust. This research aims to determine and understand the influence of Tiket.Com e-service quality and consumer trust on hotel repurchase intention in the city of Bandung. This research uses a quantitative descriptive verification method with simple random sampling by distributing questionnaires. Based on the research results, there is a positive influence of Tiket.Com e-service quality and consumer trust on hotel repurchase intention in the city of Bandung.
