Abstract
Kualitas Pelayanan keperawatan adalah suatu proses kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasien dalam mempertahankan keadaan dari segi biologis, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual pasien. Pelayanan keperawatan dikatakan berkualitas apabila pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.Kepuasan pasien tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif sebagai penerima pelayanan keperawatan tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif kepada rumah sakit sebagai pemberi layanan keperawatan yang baik.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien bpjs di RSUD Umar Wirahadikusumah. Metode Penelitian jenis yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemberian kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Umar Wirahadikusumah dan menggunakan di ruangan rawat inap kelas III penelitian di mulai dari bulan Juni-Desember tahun 2024.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 121 orang. Hasil Seluruh responden,sebanyak 121 orang,menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan keperawatan berada pada kategori baik. Tidak ada responden yang menilai kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan kategori cukup atau kurang. Sebanyak 121 responden menyatakan puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. 4. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat korelasi positif antara kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien BPJS, nilai p-value sebesar 0,109 (p > 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan ini tidak signifikan secara statistik. Kata Kunci : BPJS, Keperawatan, Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan, Rumah Sakit Background: Recipient service satisfaction is a measure of the success of a health service provider. Satisfaction will be achieved if the recipient of health services has received services that are in accordance with their needs and expectations. Improving the quality of health services can be done from various aspects of service such as improving the quality of health facilities, improving the quality of human resource professionalism and improving the quality of hospital management. Research objectives: to determine the relationship between the Quality of Nursing Services and BPJS patient satisfaction at Umar Wirahadikusumah Hospital. Research Methods: The type of research used is quantitative correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used in this study was to provide a questionnaire. This research was conducted at Umar Wirahadikusumah Hospital and used a class III inpatient room, the research started from June-December 2024. The population in this study were all class 3 BPJS inpatient patients at Umar Wirahadikusumah Hospital. The method used in this study was proportional random sampling using a sample of 121 people. Results All respondents, as many as 121 people, stated that the quality of bleeding services was in the good category. No respondents rated the quality of service as sufficient or lacking. A total of 121 respondents stated that they were satisfied with the services provided. 4. The results of the statistical test showed that although there was a positive correlation between the quality of service and BPJS patient satisfaction, the p-value of 0.109 (p> 0.05) indicated that this relationship was not statistically significant.
