Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya keterbatasan media pembelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi sifat-sifat bangun datar untuk fase B. Peserta didik kesulitan mengidentifikasi dan membedakan berbagai jenis bangun datar, kesulitan menerapkan konsep bangun datar dalam situasi nyata, semangat belajar yang rendah dan minat terhadap matematika yang kurang. Oleh karena itu, perlu
adanya pengembangan media, untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis, desain, pengambangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pengembangan media pop-up book. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian (Research and Development), model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, Expert Judgement, dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara pendidik dan peserta didik, lembar observasi, validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik. Hasil validasi produk oleh para ahli menghasilkan nilai sebesar 88,8% dengan kriteria sangat valid dari ahli media dan 96% dengan kriteria sangat valid dari ahli materi. Sedangkan dari hsail angket respon peserta didik pada saat uji coba produk di 2 sekolah dasar menghasilkan nilai sebesar 97,3% dengan kategori sangat layak dari SDN 4 Argasari dan 99% dengan kategori sangat layak dari SDN 4 Geresik. Hasil penilaian dari pendidik dari kedua sekolah dasar mendapat nilai yang sama yaitu sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil dari validasi ahli
serta angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya media pop-up book materi sifat-sifat bangun datar untuk fase B layak atau atau valid
untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

This research is motivated by the minimal limitations of mathematics learning media, especially in the material on the properties of flat shapes for phase B. Students have difficulty identifying and differentiating various types of flat shapes,
difficulty applying the concept of flat shapes in real situations, low enthusiasm for learning and low interest in mathematics. not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to develop media to facilitate students during learning. This research aims to describe the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of pop-up book media development. This research uses research methods (Research and Development), the ADIIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, Expert Judgment, and questionnaires. The instruments used were
teacher and student interview guidelines, observation sheets, media expert and material expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires. The results of product validation by experts produced a score of 88.8% with very valid criteria from media experts and 96% with very valid criteria from material experts. Meanwhile, from the results of the questionnaire, students' responses during product trials in 2 elementary schools resulted in a score of 97.3% in the very
appropriate category from SDN 4 Argasari and 99% in the very appropriate category from SDN 4 Geresik. The assessment results from educators from both elementary schools received the same score, namely 100% with very adequate criteria. So, based on the results of expert validation and questionnaire responses from educators and students, it can be concluded that the pop-up book media material on the properties of flat shapes for phase B is suitable or valid for use in elementary school learning.
