Abstract
Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan pada tahun 2030 mentargetkan warga negara berhak memperoleh akses universal pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi. Revolusi Industri 4.0 memerlukan sumber daya manusia unggul mampu berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah, kolaborasi dan kepemimpinan yang adaptif. Untuk mencapai kemampuan tersebut maka proses pembelajaran diselenggarakan secara interaktif, inspiratif, memotivasi warga belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1). Melakukan eksplorasi kompetensi remaja Gen-Z mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, 2) Mendesain model pemberdayaan remaja Gen-Z berbasis meaningful learning untuk optimalisasi kompetensi remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, 3) Menganalisis implementasi model konseptual pemberdayaan remaja Gen-Z berbasis meaningful learning untuk optimalisasi kompetensi remaja mengenai Kesehatan Reproduksi dan 4) Membuat model konseptual pemberdayaan remaja Gen Z berbasis meaningful learning yang efektif untuk optimalisasi Kompetensi remaja Gen-Z mengenai Kesehatan Reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and development. Populasi adalah remaja yang berdomisilik di Kota Bandung. Hasil Penelitian: kompetensi Remaja Gen-Z mengenai kompetensi kesehatan reproduksi yaitu terdapat peningkatan kompetensi remaja dari tingkat tinggi ke tingkat sangat tinggi. Terbangunnya Model Pemberdayaan remaja Gen Z berbasis meaningful learning dan terlaksananya pemberdayaan remaja Gen Z berbasis meaningful learning secara statistic efektif untuk optimalisasi kompetensi remaja mengenai kompetensi kesehatan reproduksi dengan menambahkan factor waktu dan setting tempat pembelajaran. Rekomendasi dari model ini dengan mempertimbangkan waktu, metode dan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dalam menyampaikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi. Model ini merupakan inovasi agar remaja untuk terlibat dalam pembelajaran sehingga remaja menjadi aware dan mandiri terhadap kesehatan diri dan lingkungannya. Model ini adalah kolaborasi ilmu Kesehatan dengan Ilmu Pendidikan masyarakat untuk alternatif solusi dalam memecahkan masalah Kesehatan reproduksi remaja. The Sustainable Development Goals in 2030 target citizens to have the right to universal access to reproductive health services. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires superior human resources capable of critical thinking in problem-solving, collaboration and adaptive leadership. To achieve this ability, the learning process is held in an interactive, inspiring, and motivating community to learn. The research aims to 1). Exploring the competencies of Gen-Z adolescents regarding reproductive health, 2) Designing a meaningful learning-based Gen-Z youth empowerment model to optimize adolescents' competencies regarding reproductive health, 3) Analyzing the implementation of a conceptual model of Gen-Z youth empowerment based on meaningful learning to optimize adolescents' competencies regarding Reproductive Health, and 4) Creating a conceptual model of Gen Z-based youth empowerment based on effective meaningful learning for optimizing the Competency of Gen-Z adolescents regarding Reproductive Health. The research method used is Research and development. The population is teenagers who are domiciled in the city of Bandung. Research Results: Gen-Z Adolescent Competencies regarding reproductive health competencies are increasing adolescent competencies from a high level to a very high level. Developing the Gen Z Youth Empowerment Model based on meaningful learning and implementing Gen Z youth empowerment based on meaningful learning is statistically effective for optimizing adolescent competencies regarding reproductive health competencies by adding time factors and learning place settings. The recommendations of this model are to consider time, methods, and more interactive learning media in delivering reproductive health education. This model is an innovation for adolescents to be involved in learning so that adolescents become aware and independent of their health and their environment. This model is a collaboration between health sciences and community education sciences for alternative solutions in solving adolescent reproductive health problems.
