Abstract
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kualitas website The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung terhadap minat pemesanan kamar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan convenience sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 tamu hotel yang pernah menggunakan atau melakukan pembelian melalui website The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket melalui berbagai platform media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Line, Instagram, dan Twitter. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap kualitas website The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung adalah sangat baik dengan nilai presentase sebesar 81,2 %. Lalu, tanggapan responden perihal minat pembelian kamar melalui website The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung dapat dikategorikan dengan sangat baik melalui skor 80,3 %. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa Ha yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas website The Trans Luxury Hotel terhadap minat pembelian kamar dengan kontribusi pengaruh yang rendah. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat, penting bagi pengelola dalam memanfaatkan media website dalam meningkatkan pembelian kamar melalui situs pribadi hotel. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the quality of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung's website influences room booking interest. This research employs a quantitative approach with convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The respondents in this study number 108 hotel guests who have used or made a purchase through The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung’s website. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via various social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Line, Instagram, and Twitter. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques. The results show that respondents' perceptions of the quality of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung’s website are very good, with a percentage value of 81.2%. Additionally, respondents' responses regarding their interest in booking rooms through The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung’s website can be categorized as very good, with a score of 80.3%. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed in this study is accepted, which states that there is a significant influence of the quality of The Trans Luxury Hotel’s website on room booking interest, with a low level of impact contribution. With the rapid development of information technology, it is important for managers to utilize website media to enhance room bookings through the hotel’s own site.
