    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan menginap pada pengikut Instagram hotel Syariah di kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Data diolah secara statistic menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gambaran kualitas pelayanan, religiusitas, dan keputusan menginap berada pada kategori tinggi. Kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menginap. Sementara itu, secara simultan kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menginap. Temuan pada penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan religiusitas mampu meningkatkan keputusan menginap di hotel syariah kota Bandung.

    This research aims to obtain an overview and influence of service quality and religiosity on stay decision among sharia hotel in Bandung’s followers. This research uses descriptive and verification research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this research was simple random sampling with a sample size of 400 respondents. The data was processed statistically using the multiple regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows program. The results of this research found that service quality, religiosity and stay decision were in high category. Service quality and religiosity has a positive partial effect on the decision to stay. Meanwhile, both variables have a positive simultaneous effect on the stay decision. The findings of this study confirm that service quality and religiosity can increase the decision to stay at a sharia hotel in Bandung city.
