Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Functional Training Terhadap Kebugaran Member Revolt Space Gym" bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari functional training terhadap tingkat kebugaran anggota gym. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan diberikan latihan fungsional selama 16 pertemuan dengan bentuk latihan jumping jack, squat jump, high knee, lunges, push up, sit up dan shuttle run yang dirancang dengan menggunakan metode latihan circuit training. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Populasi anggota Revolt Space Gym berjumlah 20 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga terdapat 10 orang sampel yang memenuhi kriteria pada penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Bleep Test. Temuan utama menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam daya tahan aerobik, menandakan efektivitas metode functional training. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa functional training secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kebugaran, khususnya dalam aspek daya tahan aerobik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan program latihan yang lebih efektif di gym. This study, titled "The Impact of Functional Training on the Fitness of Revolt Space Gym Members," aims to identify whether there is a significant effect of functional training on the fitness levels of gym members. The methodology used in this research is an experiment involving functional training over 16 sessions, incorporating exercises such as jumping jacks, squat jumps, high knees, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups and shuttle run, designed to measure changes in participants' aerobic endurance after completing the training program. The research employs a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of Revolt Space Gym members consists of 20 people. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling, resulting in 10 people who met the criteria for this study. The instrument used was the Bleep Test. The main findings indicate a significant improvement in aerobic endurance, highlighting the effectiveness of the functional training method. Based on data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that functional training can significantly enhance fitness, particularly in the aspect of aerobic endurance. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for the development of more effective training programs at gyms.
