    Abstract

    Modal merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan baik sebagai penggerak Operasional perusahaan maupun sebagai cerminan kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Sehingga perlu perencanaan struktur modal yang baik guna memaksimalkan penggunaan modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013—2019. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan periode 2013-2019. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 9. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal sementara struktur aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Ukuran perusahaan dan struktur aktiva secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, Capital is an important aspect for the company, both as a driver of the company's operations and as a reflection of the company's financial condition. Therefore, good capital structure planning is necessary to maximize the use of capital. This research aims to analyze the influence of firm size and asset structure on the capital structure of food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013—2019. Population of this research consists of all companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data in this study are secondary data from the company's financial statements for the period 2013-2019. Data processing used classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews 9 application. From the research results, it shows that the size of the company partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the capital structure, while the asset structure partially has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. The size of the company and the asset structure simultaneously have a significant effect on the capital structure.
