Abstract

Latar Belakang: Abortus merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berisiko dapat mengancam ibu hamil dengan keluarnya hasil janin yang dapat hidup diluar kandungan. Janin tersebut memiliki berat kurang dari 500 gram atau dapat disebut usia kehamilan ibu yang kurang dari 20 minggu yang disebabkan oleh faktor janin dan faktor ibu. Komplikasi berbahaya akibat abortus pada ibu hamil mencakup infeksi, syok, perdarahan, dan perforasi. Perlu dilakukan pembersihan rahim untuk mengeluarkan sisa-sisa konsepsi yang tertinggal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan usia dan pekerjaan dengan kejadian abortus di RSUD Umar Wirahadikusumah. Metode Penelitian: Rancangan cross sectional dengan pendekatan retrospektif data sekunder rekam medik. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar checklist dengan melihat data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni Uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kategori usia ibu dan kejadian abortus yaitu ibu hamil dengan usia berisiko (<20 tahun dan >35 tahun) sebesar 78,4% dengan nilai p-value = 0,001. 2) Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status pekerjaan ibu dan kejadian abortus. Hal ini ditunjukkan ibu yang tidak bekerja yaitu sebagai IRT, persentasenya lebih tinggi, yakni mencapai 63,1% dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,291, yang lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara usia ibu hamil dengan kejadian abortus, sedangkan pekerjaan ibu hamil tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian abortus. Kata Kunci: Abortus, Pekerjaan, Usia Background: Abortion is a highly risky condition that poses a threat to pregnant women, characterized by the expulsion of a fetus capable of living outside the womb. This fetus weighs less than 500 grams or represents a pregnancy duration of fewer than 20 weeks, often caused by fetal or maternal factors. Dangerous complications of abortion in pregnant women include infection, shock, bleeding, and perforation. Uterine cleaning is necessary to remove any remaining products of conception. Objective: To investigate the relationship between age and occupation with the incidence of abortion at Umar Wirahadikusumah Regional Hospital. Research Methode: A cross-sectional design with a retrospective approach using secondary medical record data. This research uses a checklist sheet instrument by examining secondary data. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-Square test. Results: There is a significant relationship between maternal age categories and the incidence of incomplete abortion. Pregnant women in the at-risk age group (<20 years and >35 years) account for 78.4% of cases, with a p-value = 0.001. There is no significant relationship between maternal employment status and the incidence of incomplete abortion. This is indicated by a higher percentage (63.1%) of cases occurring among unemployed mothers (housewives), with a p-value of 0.291, exceeding the significance level of 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the age of pregnant women and the incidence of abortion, while the occupation of pregnant women has no relationship with the incidence of abortion.
