Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi motion graphic sebagai media edukasi pencegahan penularan Monkeypox di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Desain & Development Research (DDR) model N.J. Manson, yang melibatkan lima tahapan: identifikasi masalah, memberikan saran, pengembangan produk, evaluasi, dan kesimpulan. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan media, serta diuji kepada 50 responden dari kelompok target. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat efektif dengan skor validasi ahli materi 86%, ahli media 87%, dan responden 90,3%. Dengan demikian, motion graphic ini dinyatakan sangat layak sebagai media edukasi untuk mencegah penyebaran Monkeypox di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan metode edukasi kesehatan berbasis visual untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat secara lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami. ---------- One of the solutions designed is motion graphic-based educational media which is proven effective in conveying information in an interesting way. This study aims to design and evaluate motion graphics as educational media to prevent Monkeypox transmission in Indonesia. The method used is the Design & Development Research (DDR) model of N.J. Manson, which involves five stages: problem identification, providing suggestions, product development, evaluation, and conclusion. Validation was conducted by material and media experts, and tested on 50 respondents from the target group. The results showed that this media is very effective with a validation score of 86% material experts, 87% media experts, and 90.3% respondents. Thus, this motion graphic is declared very feasible as an educational media to prevent the spread of Monkeypox in Indonesia. This research supports the development of visual-based health education methods to increase public awareness in a more attractive and easy-to-understand manner.
