Abstract

Guru merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting bagi sekolah yang harus dikembangkan di tengah perubahan zaman yang cepat dan dinamis. Sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang dimiliki oleh organisasi merupakan sumber kekuatan untuk keberhasilan perubahan. Dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan tersebut, guru perlu mengembangkan kompetensi dan kinerja yang inovatif. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kinerja inovatif adalah dengan sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi: 1) rancangan dan implementasi perencanaan kinerja inovatif; 2) implementasi coaching guru; 3) implementasi sistem evaluasi kinerja inovatif guru; 4) pengembangan kinerja inovatif guru. Meteode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik snowball. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukaan, peneliti menemukan: 1) program kegiatan sekolah yang termuat dalam dokumen perencanaan kinerja inovatif di SMA Darul hikam telah dirancang secara terstruktur dan sistematis serta implementasi perencanaan kinerja inovatif yang terjadi di SMA Darul Hikam dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rancangan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Perguruan Darul Hikam; 2) implementasi coaching/ pembinaan guru di SMA Darul Hikam sudah nampak dilakukan dalam setiap aktivitas kinerja guru melalui teknik monitoring dan pengawasan, pembinaan, dan umpan balik yang dilaksanakan baik oleh kepala sekolah, WKS bidang kurikulum, WKS bidang kesiswaan, ataupun oleh beberapa guru yang ditunjuk; 3) implementasi evaluasi kinerja inovatif guru di SMA Darul Hikam nampak sudah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan sistem Balanced Scorecard (BSC) yang komprehensif; 4) Pengembangan kinerja inovatif guru yang berjalan di SMA Darul Hikam merupakan bagian yang tidak terlepas dari rancangan perencanaan kinerja inovatif guru yang terdapat pada sistem manajemen kinerja. Teachers are important human resources for schools that must be developed in the midst of fast and dynamic changing times. Human resources as a source of knowledge, skills and attitudes owned by an organization are a source of strength for successful change. In facing the challenges of these changes, teachers need to develop innovative competence and performance. One way to develop innovative performance is with a good performance management system. This study aims to obtain information: 1) the design and implementation of innovative performance plans; 2) implementation of teacher coaching; 3) implementing an innovative teacher performance evaluation system; 4) the development of teacher innovative performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with the snowball technique. Data collection techniques used are documentation studies, observations, and interviews. From the results of the research conducted, the researchers found: 1) the school activity program contained in the innovative performance planning document at Darul Hikam High School had been designed in a structured and systematic manner and the implementation of the innovative performance planning that occurred at Darul Hikam High School was carried out in accordance with the design set by Darul Hikam College; 2) the implementation of teacher coaching at Darul Hikam High School has been seen to be carried out in every teacher performance activity through monitoring and supervision techniques, coaching, and feedback carried out either by the school principal, WKS in the curriculum sector, WKS in the student field, or by several teachers who appointed; 3) the implementation of teacher innovative performance evaluation at SMA Darul Hikam appears to have been carried out using a comprehensive Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system; 4) The development of innovative teacher performance that runs at Darul Hikam High School is an inseparable part of the teacher's innovative performance planning design contained in the performance management system.
