Abstract
Performance character anak usia dini menjadi fokus utama stimulasi pendidikan karakter di usia 1000 hari pertama anak. Degradasi moral yang sedang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia menjadi titik fokus perkembangan karakter yang tidak mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral akan tetapi juga nilai performance yang perlu pemaksimalan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai pendukung menuju Indonesia emas di tahun 2045 serta menjadikan negara-negara maju seperti Jepang, Korea serta Firlandia menjadi fokus utama perkembangan performance chacter pada sektor pendidikan. Nilai karakter di Indonesia unggul dibidang moral character akan tetapi hal tersebut belum cukup menjadikan indonesia mejadi negara yang maju oleh sumber daya manusia yang bisa memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya alam. Stimulasi perkembangan performance chacter adalah awal dari sebuah pembiasaan yang harus diterapkan kepada generasi bangsa sejak dini. Menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti jujur, bertanggung jawab, percaya diri, disiplin, cerdas, tekun serta memiliki problem solving yang baik adalah karakter yang diperlukan untuk mengiringi perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Ekstrakurikuler coding merupakan upaya yang dilakukan pendidik agar anak terstimulasi perkembangan performance character dengan perbiasaan hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi. Media yang digunakan adalah Robotik STEAM serta Website Scratch, tentunya hal tersebut dilengkapi dengan beberapa peraturan perpainan yang dipandu dengan buku panduan agar anak memahami betul batasan-batasan dalam penggunaan gadget. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang dilengkapi dengan pendoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori analisis data yang digunakan adalah teori Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan hal tersebut dilakukan dengan teori snow bolling yang dibatasi dengan kurikulum ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian selaras dengan profile pelajar pancasila dan teori yanahu anak berperilaku mandiri, berpikir kritis, kerja keras, berani, percaya diri, kesungguhan, tekun dan disiplin. Early childhood performance character becomes the main focus of character education stimulation in the first 1000 days of a child's life. The moral degradation currently being faced by the Indonesian nation becomes the focal point of character development that does not develop moral values but also performance values that need to be maximized. The purpose of this study was conducted as a supporter towards a golden Indonesia in 2045 and to make developed countries such as Japan, Korea and Finland the main focus of performance character development in the education sector. Character values in Indonesia excel in the field of moral character, but this is not enough to make Indonesia a developed country by human resources that can maximize the potential of natural resources. Stimulating the development of performance character is the beginning of a habit that must be applied to the nation's generation from an early age. Instilling values such as honesty, responsibility, self-confidence, discipline, intelligence, perseverance and having good problem solving are characters needed to accompany the increasingly rapid development of technology. Coding extracurricular activities are efforts made by educators so that children are stimulated to develop performance character with the habit of living side by side with technology. The media used are STEAM Robotics and the Scratch Website, of course it is equipped with several rules of play that are guided by a guidebook so that children really understand the limitations in using gadgets. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach equipped with observation guidelines, interviews and documentation. The data analysis theory used is the Miles and Huberman theory which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This is done with the snow bolling theory which is limited by the extracurricular curriculum. The research is in line with the profile of Pancasila students and the theory of yanahu children who behave independently, think critically, work hard, are brave, confident, serious, diligent and disciplined.
