Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya tingkat pembagian dividen pada perusahaan subsektor farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio(CR), profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap kebijakan dividen, pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder CR, NPM dan DPR pada subsektor farmasi periode 2009-2012. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear multipel, uji keberartian regresi, dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi Hasil penelitian gambaran Likuididitas, Profitabilitas, dan Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi mengalami penurunan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen sedangkan Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci: Likuiditas,CR, Profitabilitas, NPM, Kebijakan Dividen, DPR This research is motivated by a decreased level of dividend distribution on the pharmaceutical sub-sector company. Dividend policy is the decision to determine the profits from the company at the end of the year which will be provided to shareholders in the form of dividends. This study aims to describe the Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR), profitability as measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and dividend policy as measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR)and to determine the effect of Liquidity on Dividend Policy, Profitability on Dividend Policy in Sub Sector Pharmaceuticalcompanies. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The data used are secondary data CR, NPM and DPRin Sub sector pharmaceutical companies period 2009-2012. The analysis technique used are multiple linier regression, regression significant test, and regression coefficient significant test. Development of liquidity and profitability in the company decreased the pharmaceutical sub-sector. The result of this study shows that liquidity (CR) have no influence on Dividend Policy, whereas Profitability have influence on Dividend Policy in Sub-Sector Pharmaceurical companies.
