Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Dampak Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Migran Perempuan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Sosial Dan Ekonomi Keluarga Dari Desa Putri Dalem Kab. Majalengka Tahun 2000-2023”. Tenaga Kerja Migran Perempuan merupakan tradisi dari Desa Putri Dalem yang sudah ada sejak tahun 2000. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena banyaknya tenaga kerja migran yang berangkat secara ilegal, mengkorbankan banyak hal salah satunya keluarga termasuk anaknya.Mayoritas masyarakat di desa tersebut bekerja sebagai petani dan buruh tani, dan dilihat dari aspek ekonomi keluarga kurang sejahtera. Kemudian kebijakan dari pemerintah desa belum semua berjalan untuk mensejahterakan keluarga dari tenaga kerja migran perempuan. Dalam melakukan penelitian, penulis menggunakan metode historis yang terdiri dari tahapan heuristik sebagai teknik pengumpulan data atau sumber, tahapan kritik yaitu proses mengkritik sumber yang telah dikumpulkan, selanjutnya tahapan interpretasi menganalisis sumber-sumber yang telah dikritik yang kemudian, historiografi tahapan terakhir yaitu penulisan hasil dari penemuan-penemuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penulis berhasil memperoleh beberapa temuan diantaranya. Pertama, tenaga kerja migran perempuan memilih berangkat secara ilegal karena tidak mau rumit mengurus berkas-berkas dan pelatihan jika berangkat secara resmi. Kedua, pemerintah desa dan daerah sudah membuat program Desmigratif dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan keluarga migran perempuan, salah satu programnya yaitu parenting bagi anak-anak yang ditinggalkan dan membuat usaha produktif dari hasil bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja migran perempuan. Ketiga, memutuskan untuk menjadi tenaga kerja migran perempuan berdampak cukup signifikan jika dilihat dari aspek ekonomi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian-penelitian berikutnya dengan tema yang sama untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut terkait fakta baru yang belum terungkap. ABTRACT This research is entitled “Analysis of the Impact of Female Migrant Workers Migration on the Social and Economic Welfare of Families from Putri Dalem Village, Majalengka Regency in 2000-2023”. Female Migrant Workers is a tradition from Putri Dalem Village that has existed since 2000. This research is motivated by the large number of migrant workers who leave illegally, sacrificing many things, one of which is the family including their children. The majority of people in the village work as farmers and agricultural laborers, and seen from the economic aspect of the family is less prosperous. Then the policies of the village government have not all worked for the welfare of the families of female migrant workers. In conducting research, the author uses a historical method consisting of the heuristic stage as a data or source collection technique, the criticism stage is the process of criticizing the sources that have been collected, then the interpretation stage analyzes the sources that have been criticized then, historiography the last stage is writing the results of research findings. Based on the results of this study, the author managed to obtain several findings including. First, female migrant workers choose to leave illegally because they do not want to be complicated in taking care of files and training if they leave officially. Second, the village and local governments have created the Desmigratif program with the aim of improving the welfare of women migrant families, one of the programs is parenting for children who are left behind and making productive businesses from the results of working as women migrant workers. Third, deciding to become a female migrant worker has a significant impact when viewed from an economic aspect. This research is expected to be a reference for future studies with the same theme to find out more about new facts that have not been revealed.
