Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom, Tbk Witel Karawang. Sampel penelitian melibatkan seluruh karyawan (N=30). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (t=4,336; p<0,05). Namun, pengaruh motivasi kerja tidak signifikan (t=0,915; p>0,05). Secara simultan, baik kepemimpinan maupun motivasi kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (F=31,030; p<0,05), dengan kontribusi sebesar 67,4%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan mencari cara alternatif untuk meningkatkan signifikansi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telkom, Tbk Witel Karawang. The research sample involved all employees (N=30). However, the influence of work motivation was not significant (t=0.915; p>0.05). Simultaneously, both leadership and work motivation together had a significant effect on employee performance (F=31,030; p<0.05), with a contribution of 67.4%. The conclusion of this study is that leadership is the dominant factor that affects employee performance in the company. Companies are advised to continue to improve the quality of leadership and look for alternative ways to increase the significance of the influence of work motivation on employee performance
