Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang optimasi primal dual pada metode Newton untuk studi aliran daya optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penggunaan optimasi primal dual pada metode Newton, membandingkan hasil studi penggunaan optimasi primal dual pada metode Newton dengan metode yang lainnya, dan membandingkan akurasi antara hasil studi dan penelitian sebelumnya. Melalui perhitungan dari hasil simulasi, hasil studi aliran daya dengan optimasi primal dual pada metode Newton masih kurang optimal jika dibandingkan dengan metode lain. Waktu simulasi untuk data IEEE 30 bus dilakukan dengan tempo yang lebih cepat jika dibandingkan dengan metode lain. Sehingga hasil perhitungan menyimpulkan bahwa optimasi primal dual pada metode Newton untuk studi aliran daya optimal lebih efisien dari metode lainnya dan dapat berpotensi untuk diusulkan ke perusahaan listrik. Kata kunci : matpower, matlab, newton opf, optimal power flow, pemrograman nonlinear, primal dual. This study investigated the optimization of the primal dual Newton method for optimal power flow studies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of optimization in the primal dual Newton methods, comparing the results of studies on the use of optimization primal dual Newton method with other methods, and compared the accuracy of the results of previous studies and research. Through the calculation of the results of the simulation, the results of power flow studies with primal dual optimization on Newton's method is still less than optimal when compared with other methods. Time simulation for IEEE 30 bus data is done faster than the other methods. Thus conclude that the results of calculations on the optimization primal dual Newton method for optimal power flow study is more efficient than other methods and can potentially proposed to the power company.
