Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Pelatihan Terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan PPKS (Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera) di Bidang Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen pelatihan, gambaran efektivitas pelatihan, serta mengetahui pengaruh manajemen pelatihan terhadap efektivitas pelathan PPKS (Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera) di bidang pelatihan dan pengembangan perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan untuk variabel Manajemen Pelatihan termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,39 dan variabel Efektivitas Pelatihan termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,27. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah sangat berpengaruh, dengan hasil bahwa manajemen pelatihan berpengaruh positif sebesar 65,5 % terhadap efektivitas pelatihan dan sisanya 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t yang didapat sebesar 14.335 > 1.96 sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif dari Manajemen Pelatihan terhadap Ffektivitas Pelatihan PPKS (Pusat Pelayanan Keluarga Sejahtera) di Bidang Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. ABSTRACT This research is entitled “The Effect of Training Management on the Effectiveness of PPKS Training (Family Welfare Service Center) in the Training and Development Division of BKKBN Representative of West Java Province”. This study was conducted to determine the description of training management, the description of training effectiveness, and the effect of training management on the efficacy of PPKS (Family Welfare Service Center) in the training and development of BKKBN representatives of West Java Province. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires with a total sample of 57 people. The calculation of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) shows that the tendency for the Training Management variable is included in the very high category with a score of 4.39, and the Training Effectiveness variable is included in the very high category with a score of 4.27. The results of hypothesis testing show that the relationship between the two variables is very influential, with the result that training management has a positive effect of 65,54% on training effectiveness and other factors influence the remaining 34,5%. Furthermore, the significance value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value obtained is 14.335 > 1.963, resulting in the conclusion that there is a significant positive effect of Training Management on the Training Effectiveness of PPKS (Family Welfare Service Center) in the Training and Development Division of the BKKBN Representative of West Java Province.
