Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif (deskriptif), yang melibatkan penerapan metode penelitian pada kondisi objek alami. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti diawal penelitian ini adalah analisis secara langsung atau observasi. Dimana peneliti melihat secara langsung dari awal siswa datang hingga kepulangan dengan beberapa kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang sering dilakukan disekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes (menulis), lembar observasi, wawancara dan dukumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD di SD Islam An-nahl Kota Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tentang “Full Day Scholl Dalam Memfasilitasi Pengembangan Karakter Melalui Pembiasaan Menulis Logbook”, terdapat peningkatan dari hasil pembiasaan menulis melalui logbook terhadap karakter siswa. Dimana dengan adanya pembiasaan menulis logbook melalui tabel pertanyaan ini dapat mendorong siswa untuk jujur, mandiri dan bertanggung jawab dalam menuntaskan setiap kegiatan dengan baik. Pada kegiatan penelitian ini juga siswa berusaha dengan baik untuk peduli terhadap lingkungan dan peduli terhadap sosial. Hal tersebut merupakan beberapa karakter yang sesuai dengan karakter siswa, sehingga dengan adanya penelitian ini secara tidak langsung memfasilitasi pengembangan karakter siswa. This study uses a type of qualitative (descriptive) research, which involves the application of research methods to natural object conditions. The data collection technique used by the researcher at the beginning of this study was direct analysis (observation). Where the researcher saw directly from the beginning of the students coming to return with some habits that are often carried out at school. The instruments used in this study are tests (writing), observation sheets, interviews and ducumentation. The population in this study is grade IV elementary school students at SD Islam An-nahl Tasikmalaya City. Based on the data from the research results on "Full Day Scholl in Facilitating Character Development Through the Habit of Writing Logbooks", there is an increase in the results of the habit of writing through logbooks for students' characters. Where with the habit of writing a logbook through this question table, it can encourage students to be honest, independent and responsible in completing each activity well. In this research activity, students also try well to care for the environment, and care for society. These are some of the characters that are in accordance with the character of students, so that the existence of this research indirectly facilitates the development of student character.
