Abstract

Penerapan konsep smart building menjadi salah satu solusi pengembangan di era saat ini. Maraknya kasus pencurian dalam satu ruangan atau gedung menjadi sebuah hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Saat ini di lab elektronika UPI Kampus di Purwakarta masih menggunakan pintu konvensional. Selain maraknya kasus pencurian, penerapan pintu konvensional seringkali terjadi kehilangan kunci utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem keamanan pada ruangan tersebut dengan penerapan Smart Door Lock berbasis Internet of things untuk akses yang lebih fleksibel. Sistem yang dibuat akan menggunakan RFID dan face recognition yang bersfat opsional sebagai akses untuk membuka pintu. Selain itu terdapat sebuah website yang berfungsi untuk memonitoring segala bentuk aktivitas akses sistem. Perancangan sistem ini berhasil dibangun menggunakan RFID dan face recognition yang diuji melalui skenario uji akurasi dan uji waktu. Hasil analisa pengujian didapatkan penggunaan RFID lebih cepat dari face recognition dengan selisih 2,8 detik. ----- The application of the smart building concept is one of the development solutions in the current era. The rise in cases of theft in one room or building is something that needs attention. Currently, the electronics lab at the UPI Campus in Purwakarta still uses conventional doors. Apart from the increasing number of theft cases, the use of conventional doors often results in loss of the main key. This research aims to develop a security system for this room by implementing an Internet of Things-based Smart Door Lock for more flexible access. The system created will use RFID and optional facial recognition as access to open the door. Apart from that, there is a website that functions to monitor all forms of system access activity. This system design was successfully built using RFID and facial recognition which was tested through accuracy test and time test scenarios. The results of the test analysis showed that using RFID was faster than facial recognition with a difference of 2.8 seconds.
