Abstract
ABSTRAK Evy Segarawati Ampry. Disertasi. 2024. Model Kepemimpinan Authentik dalam Supervisi Akademik dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Terdeskripsikannya kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Enrekang. (2) Terdeskripsikannya supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Enrekang. (3) Terdeskripsikannya Kinerja Guru di Kabupaten Enrekang. (4) Teranalisisnya pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik dalam supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di kabupaten Enrekang. (5) Terumuskannya model kepemimpinan autentik dalam supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SD di kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Se Kabupaten Enrekang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 343 orang yang terdiri dari guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Mix Method Sequential Explanatory dengan menyajikan hasil analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian telah dilakukan uji coba melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gambaran umum mengenai kepemimpinan authentic yang terdiri dari 12 indikator dengan nilai rata- rata penilaian responden terhadap kepemimpinan autentik termasuk dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. (2) Gambaran umum mengenai supervise akademik yang terdiri dari 16 indikator dengan nilai rata-rata penilaian responden terhadap supervisi akademi termasuk dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. (3) Gambaran umum mengenai kinerja guru yang terdiri dari 14 indikator dengan nilai rata-rata penilaian responden terhadap kinerja guru termasuk dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. (4) Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Kepemimpinan autentik (X) terhadap Kinerja guru (Y) melalui mediasi Supervisi akademik (Z) (5) Model kepemimpinan autentik dengan nama Model AL-ESA, singkatan dari Authentic Leadership – Empathy, Situational, Authentic memungkinkan seorang pemimpin untuk melakukan perubahan melalui supervisi akademik dengan tujuan meningkatkan kinerja guru. The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the description of the authentic leadership of school principals in Enrekang Regency. (2) A description of the academic supervision of school principals in Enrekang Regency. (3) Description of Teacher Performance in Enrekang Regency. (4) The influence of authentic leadership in academic supervision of school principals on teacher performance in Enrekang district is analyzed. (5) Formulating an authentic leadership model in academic supervision to improve the performance of elementary school teachers in Enrekang district. This research was carried out at elementary schools in Enrekang Regency with a total sample of 343 people consisting of teachers, school principals and school supervisors. The method used is Mix Method Sequential Explanatory by presenting the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research instrument has been tested through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that (1) Description of authentic leadership which consists of 12 indicators with the average value of respondents' assessment of authentic leadership being included in the very high criteria. (2) Description of academic supervision which consists of 16 indicators with the average value of respondents' assessment of academic supervision included in the very high criteria. (3) Description of teacher performance which consists of 14 indicators with the average value of respondents' assessment of teacher performance included in the very high criteria. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of the authentic leadership variable (X) on teacher performance (Y) through the mediation of academic supervision (Z) (5) (5) The authentic leadership model with the name AL-ESA Model, which stands for Authentic Leadership – Empathy, Situational, Authentic, allows a leader to make changes through academic supervision with the aim of improving teacher performance.
