Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakat atlet taekwondo di Kabupaten Subang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 33 atlet dengan kategori usia 9 tahun sampai 14 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Antropometri (tinggi dan berat badan), kondisi fisik sesuai kebutuhan dan spesifikasi cabor taekwondo (wallsit, vertical jump, sit and reach, bleep test) dan koordinasi motorik meliputi motor ability dan motor educability. Pengambilan data dilakukan sebanyak 1 kali. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one-shot case study. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji T-score dan lavene static untuk menganalisis hasil dari perhitungan keseluruhan dari komponen tes. Hasil identfikasi bakat untuk kategori atlet sangat berbakat 1 orang dengan persentase (3%), atlet yang berbakat 17 orang (52%), atlet cukup berbakat 11 orang (33%), atlet yang kurang berbakat 4 orang (12%), dan tidak berbakat 0 orang (0%). Rekomendasi para peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan hasil identifikasi bakat yang lebih optimal, peneliti lain dapat menambahkan instrumen tambahan yang lebih spesifik. Dari hasil yang ditemukan rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar menggunakan instrumen quickness, keterampilan teknik kyourugi, dan dalam proses pendekatan dapat menggunakan AHP dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bobot dari masing-masing indikator instrumen yang diberikan. This research aims to identify the talent of taekwondo athletes in Subang Regency. The research subjects consisted of 33 athletes in the age category 9 years to 14 years. The instruments used are anthropometry (height and weight), physical condition according to the needs and specifications of the taekwondo sport (wall sit, vertical jump, sit and reach, bleep test) and motor coordination including motor ability and motor educability. Data collection was carried out 1 time. This research design uses a one-shot case study. Data were analyzed using the T-score and Lavene static tests to analyze the results of the overall calculation of the test components. The talent identification results for the very talented athlete category were 1 person with a percentage (3%), 17 talented athletes (52%), 11 moderately talented athletes (33%), 4 less talented athletes (12%), and no talented 0 people (0%). The next researchers recommend that to obtain more optimal talent identification results, other researchers can add additional, more specific instruments. From the results found recommendations for future researchers to use quickness instruments, kyourugi technical skills, and in the approach process can use AHP with the aim of knowing the weight of each instrument indicator given.
