Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi akademik dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar kognitif. Instrumen yang digunakan pada variabel resiliensi akademik adalah Academic Resilience among Students serta instrumen kecerdasan emosional yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan teori Goelman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sempel dengan proporsional random sampling dengan sampel 149 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier multipel dengan model regresi Y=2,854+0,015X_1-0,001X_2+e. Uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai F_hitung (37,615) > F_tabel (3,06) yang artinya model regresi memiliki keberartian sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t diketahui bahwa pada variabel resiliensi akademik memiliki nilai t_hitung (6,335) > t_tabel (1,655). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa resiliensi akademik berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar. Sedangkan pada variabel kecerdasan emosional nilai t_hitung (-0,434) < t_tabel (1,655) Maka hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. This research aims to determine the influence of academic resilience and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of UPI Accounting Education students. The theory used is cognitive learning theory. The instruments used for the academic resilience variable are Academic Resilience among Students as well as the emotional intelligence instrument developed in this research based on Goelman's theory. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling with a sample of 149 people. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with a regression model Y=2,854+0,015X_1-0,001X_2+e. The F test shows that the value of F_Statistic (37,615) > F_table (3,06), which means that the regression model has significance so it can be used to draw conclusions. From the results of the t test calculations, it is known that the academic resilience variable has a value of t_Statistic (6,335) > t_table (1,655). This shows that academic resilience has a positive effect on learning achievement. Meanwhile, for the emotional intelligence variable, the value of t_Statistic (-0,434) < t_table (1,655). So this shows that emotional intelligence has no effect on learning achievement.
