Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mengembangkan model Apikanaya (Aktif, Pahami, Interaksi, Kaitan, Suasana, dan Karya) bermuatan berpikir reflektif dan kecerdasan interpersonal untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis cerita anak realis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan desain Four-D dengan tahapan Define (Pendefinisian) mencakup persepsi guru, penilaian kebutuhan guru, analisis tugas, penelaahan konsep, dan penetapan tujuan. Design (Perancangan) mencakup rancangan tes sesuai kriteria, pemilihan media, pemilihan format, dan rancangan draf awal. Develop (Pengembangan) mencakup penilaian ahli, pengujian pengembangan, dan produk akhir pengembangan model Apikanaya. Disseminate (Penyebaran) mencakup hasil penelitian dan respons pelibat model Apikanaya dalam menulis cerita anak realis. Guru yang terlibat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 96 guru program sekolah penggerak dari empat kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, studi dokumentasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan awal guru dalam menulis cerita anak realis tergolong kurang. Pengembangan model meliputi validasi ahli yang menunjukkan model layak untuk digunakan. Hasil pengujian pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa pada hasil uji terbatas dan uji luas terdapat perbedaan antara nilai tes awal dan tes akhir. Hasil uji SPSS menunjukkan perolehan pada uji terbatas dengan nilai terendah 60 dan tertinggi 85, setelah penggunaan model Apikanaya nilai terendah 80 dan tertinggi 95. Pada uji luas dengan nilai terendah 40 dan tertinggi 85, setelah penggunaan model Apikanaya nilai terendah 75 dan tertinggi 95. Ada perbedaan antara kemampuan menulis cerita anak realis menggunakan model Apikanaya untuk nilai tes awal dan tes akhir, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan pengembangan model Apikanaya terhadap menulis cerita anak realis pada kegiatan uji terbatas dan uji luas. Pengembangan model Apikanaya bermuatan berpikir reflektif dan kecerdasan interpersonal dalam menulis cerita anak realis merupakan salah satu model pengembangan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis cerita anak realis. Produk akhir dari penelitian ini berupa buku cerita anak realis dan buku panduan model Apikanaya dalam menulis cerita anak realis. Manfaat dari penelitian ini untuk menjalankan kebijakan guru dalam belajar menulis cerita anak realis. Model Apikanaya di dunia pendidikan akan memiliki kualitas yang baik dan dapat memberikan manfaat edukatif yang optimal bagi anak serta kebutuhan guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dalam pembelajaran melalui cerita anak realis. The purpose of this study is to develop the Apikanaya model (Active, Understand, Interaction, Connection, Atmosphere, and Work) containing reflective thinking and interpersonal intelligence to improve teachers' ability to write realistic children's stories. The research method used is the research and development method with the Four-D design with the Define stages including teacher perception, teacher needs assessment, task analysis, concept review, and goal setting. Design includes test design according to criteria, media selection, format selection, and initial draft design. Develop includes expert assessment, development testing, and the final product of the development of the Apikanaya model. Disseminate includes research results and responses from participants in the Apikanaya model in writing realistic children's stories. The teachers involved in this study were 96 teachers of the school mover program from four districts in West Java. The data collection techniques used were tests, documentation studies, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used was descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that teachers' initial ability to write realistic children's stories is relatively lacking. Model development includes expert validation which shows that the model is feasible to use. The results of the development test show that in the results of the limited test and the extensive test there is a difference between the initial test score and the final test. The results of the SPSS test show that the acquisition in the limited test with the lowest score of 60 and the highest 85, after using the apikanaya model the lowest score is 80 and the highest 95. In the extensive test with the lowest score of 40 and the highest 85, after using the apikanaya model the lowest score is 75 and the highest 95. There is a difference between the ability to write realistic children's stories using the Apikanaya model for the initial test score and the final test, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the development of the Apikanaya model on writing realistic children's stories in the limited test and extensive test activities. The development of the Apikanaya model containing reflective thinking and interpersonal intelligence in writing realistic children's stories is one of the effective development models to improve teachers' abilities in writing realistic children's stories. The final product of this study is a realistic children's story book and an Apikanaya model guidebook in writing realistic children's stories. The benefits of this study are to implement teacher policies in learning to write realistic children's stories. The Apikanaya model in the world of education will have good quality and can provide optimal educational benefits for children as well as the needs of teachers in improving competence in learning through realistic children's stories.
