Abstract

Perkembangan Kota Bandung adanya pertambahan jumlah penduduk, baik oleh pertumbuhan alamiah maupun pertumbuhan non alamiah yang mengarah pada bentukan pola morfologi kota. Kawasan pinggiran timur kota Bandung yaitu Kecamatan Cileunyi menjadi bukti masih berlipat-lipat lahan yang dapat dikembangkan dan urban sprawl yang diakibatkan berdasarkan informasi spasial kota Bandung. Menganalisis pola pembentuk dan perkembangan Kecamatan Cileunyi dari 2003 hingga 2023 dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perkembangan di Kecamatan Cileunyi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode morfologi kota dan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan Analisa Figure Ground dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa peta kawasan urban sprawl pada tahun 2003, 20010, 2013, 2018 dan 2023 diinterpretasikan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian yang berhubungan dengan proses dan pola perkembangan urban sprawl. Hasil Identifikasi bentuk morfologi di kawasan Cileunyi pada tahun 2003, 2008, 2013, 2018 dan 2023 memiliki bentuk tidak kompak pulau / tidak berpola. Fenomena urba sprawl di kawasan Cileunyi terdapat 3 faktor utama yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, aksesbilitas transportasi publik dan harga tanah di wilayah perkotaan yang mempengaruhi kawasan ini. The development of the city of Bandung has seen an increase in population, both by natural growth and non-natural growth which has led to the formation of morphological patterns in the city. The area on the eastern outskirts of the city of Bandung, namely Cileunyi District, is proof that there is still a lot of land that can be developed and the urban sprawl caused by spatial information on the city of Bandung. Analyzing the pattern of formation and development of Cileunyi District from 2003 to 2023 and analyzing the factors that caused development in Cileunyi District. The methods used in this research are city morphology methods and quantitative methods. Data analysis used Figure Ground Analysis using secondary data in the form of maps of urban sprawl areas in 2003, 20010, 2013, 2018 and 2023 was interpreted to obtain research data related to the process and pattern of urban sprawl development. The results of the identification of morphological forms in the Cileunyi area in 2003, 2008, 2013, 2018 and 2023 have a non-compact island shape / no pattern. There are 3 main factors in the urban sprawl phenomenon in the Cileunyi area, namely local economic growth, accessibility of public transportation and land prices in urban areas which influence this area.
