Abstract
Kabupaten Bandung yang terletak di Jawa Barat, memiliki potensi wisata yang signifikan berkat keindahan pegunungan dan perkebunan yang menghasilkan berbagai komoditas lokal serta makanan dan minuman tradisional. Meskipun pariwisata di Kabupaten Bandung cukup berkembang, pemerintah daerah mencatat terdapat beberapa masalah dalam pengembangan pariwisata, diantaranya yaitu kontribusi pariwisata yang rendah terhadap PDRB dan kurangnya destinasi wisata unggulan di beberapa daerah. Salah satu potensi wisata yang dapat dijadikan sebagai wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Bandung adalah wisata gastronomi karena memiliki potensi untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan daerah dengan menonjolkan makanan khasnya sebagai magnet bagi para wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi daya tarik, pemetaan, serta merancang pola perjalanan dan paket wisata gastronomi di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi, serta penentuan partisipan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menemukan berbagai atraksi wisata seperti Kalua Jeruk, Rudjak Ciherang, dan Pia Kawitan yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi wisata gastronomi dengan menghasilkan dua jenis paket wisata gastronomi di Kabupaten Bandung. Diharapkan peta dan paket wisata gastronomi yang dihasilkan dapat membantu stakeholder dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan paket ini untuk menarik wisatawan lokal, nasional, dan internasional. Bandung Regency located in West Java, has significant tourism potential due to its beautiful mountainous landscapes and plantations that produce various local commodities as well as traditional food and beverages. Although tourism in Bandung Regency is quite developed, the local government has identified several issues in tourism development, including the low contribution of tourism to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the lack of leading tourist destinations in several areas. One of the tourism potentials that could be developed into a flagship attraction in Bandung Regency is gastronomic tourism, as it holds the potential to generate additional regional income by highlighting its traditional cuisine as a magnet for tourists. This research aims to identify potential attractions, map them out, and design itineraries and gastronomic tourism packages in Bandung Regency. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, literature reviews, and documentation, while participants were selected using snowball and purposive sampling techniques. This research found various tourist attractions such as Kalua Jeruk, Rudjak Ciherang, and Pia Kawitan, which can be developed into gastronomic tourism experiences, resulting in two types of gastronomic tourism packages in Bandung Regency. It is hoped that the map and tourism packages developed from this study can assist stakeholders in managing and promoting these packages to attract local, national, and international tourists.
