Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Siswa Fase B Sekolah Dasar yang disebabkan oleh minimnya media pembelajaran inovatif yang digunakan guru pada saat proses pembelajaran. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara guru dan siswa di salah satu sekolah yang berada Kabupaten Bandung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media PANDAPAN berbasis android untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari pengembangan media PANDAPAN berbasis android pada saat validasi dengan ketiga ahli yang meliputi ahli materi, media, dan pembelajaran mendapatkan penilaian dengan kategori sangat layak dengan beberapa masukan pada saat validasi pertama, dan mendapatkan penilaian dengan kategori sangat layak tanpa masukan pada saat validasi kedua. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya media PANDAPAN berbasis android yang dibuat layak untuk diimplementasikan. Pada saat melakukan implementasi, ditemukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada saat menggunakan media PANDAPAN. Peningkatan minat belajar ini dilihat berdasarkan indikator minat belajar yaitu perasaan senang 56,94%, ketertarikan 43,06%, perhatian siswa 44,45%, dan keaktifan siswa 31,94%. Indikator perasaan senang mendapatkan peningkatan yang paling tinggi dibandingkan indikator lainnya, hal ini difaktori salah satunya oleh respon siswa yang mendapatkan pengalaman menggunakan media pembelajaran alternatif yang inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas. This research is motivated by the low interest in learning Pancasila Education of Phase B Elementary School Students caused by the lack of innovative learning media used by teachers during the learning process. This is reinforced by the results of observations and interviews with teachers and students in one of the schools in Bandung Regency. Based on this, researchers aim to develop android-based PANDAPAN media to increase student interest in learning. This research using the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the development of android-based PANDAPAN media during validation with three experts including material, media, and learning experts received an assessment with a very feasible category with some input during the first validation, and received an assessment with a very feasible category without input during the second validation. So it can be concluded that the android-based PANDAPAN media made is suitable for implementation. When implementing, it was found that there was an increase in student interest in learning when using PANDAPAN media. This increase in learning interest is seen based on indicators of learning interest, namely happy feeling 56.94%, interest 43.06%, student attention 44.45%, and student activeness 31.94%. The indicator of happy feeling got the highest increase compared to other indicators, this was influenced by one of them by the response of students who gained experience using innovative alternative learning media in learning Pancasila Education in class.
